HOLY SHIT. So I bought the jet black 128 gb model so I could escape my old phone plan and finally get off my mom's data and use a phone that actually fit in my hands better than my current one. I ordered it in the "fair" condition. I expected a few scratches, maybe a small scratch on the screen. No. There's nothing. It's CLEAN. I thought they sent me the wrong phone at first! There's one small scratch on the back of the phone, ONE. It's not even noticable with the case on it. paired with a new case and screen protector it's a brand new little device that makes me almost shed a tear from how NICE it is. The black is so saturated and dark, it makes me so happy thank you so much. The refurbishers did great. I'm so happy.

I have purchased 3 A71 phones from you. The second one had a defective microphone.(Confirmed by a T-Mobile technician. I ordered the third phone to replace the defective one and requested a refund on the defective one. The defective one was sent back but so far I only have seen a $26.00 credit. We only had the defective phone for a few days. I paid over $200 for the defective phone originally. Not happy with refund amount. Waiting on response on returned phone.

So I ordered the original A71 but got a 5g instead. I'm not complaining it's a good thing but it made me waste thirty-five dallors on a phone case. (I can't return the phone case either and doesn't fit my phone.) Other than that I ordered Excellent condition and got it with a few barely visible scratches. Order the phone before the case. 4.9/5

Service was great. My only issue is the difficulty I have with adjusting the volume, because it is hard to see when you are adjusting, and it is difficult to adjust using the volume buttons on the side. I also wish that the battery lasted longer, and the charging cord didn't have a box to plug it into the wall. Thank you.

BackMarket kept me in the loop during the order process and notified me as the product was shipped, transported, and handed off to my local post office. The phone is in excellent condition; was factory reset, and immediatley upgraded to the current software. Coming from an S7 (also purchased as a used phone) this is a very nice upgrade for me!
