This the second iPhone that I’ve purchased from Back Market. Both phones were flawless (Excellent Condition) and worked perfectly. The most recent purchase is an iPhone 13 Pro. Set up went perfectly with no problems. I looked at other brokers but the prices were higher and what I especially like about Back Market is their 30 day return police and 1 year warranty. When I’m ready for a replacement in the future, I’ll absolutely return to Back Market. And, no, I’m not related to any of the owners.

I always orderr my apple products from back market and they never fail to amaze mee me. i got my package one day early, the screen is flawless as well as the pack of the ipad and everything functions sound is greatt. 10/10

After a few missteps or operating errors in transferring the data from an 8 year old iPad to the new one and failing. I contacted customer support which got right back to me, we gave up on our 8 year old iPad went with a newer iPhone and everything transferred marvelously just as it should. The new iPad is just marvelous faster processor and 128 gigs of memory it just what the best. That is why I’m a repeat customer of Back Market. 😎

I should have splurged on something newer than 2014 however the ipad is fantastic and its function is only limited by speed sometimes due to its age, beyond that it is perfect! I run social and illustration software on it daily for hours with no problems currently! The updates are capped at 15.8 or something up there. 16.0 ios software is unavailable for this model so keep that in mind!

It’s decent, it plays well with my other apple devices, for the most part. Mirroring through the Apple TV sometimes the video freezes, not sure which is the culprit on that one the MacBook, Apple TV, or internet… Battery drains quicker than my last Mac Book, not sure if that’s due size difference between 13.3 in and a 17 in. I’m getting use to that it doesn’t make loud defining click sound when click on something on your screen.

Amazing piece of machinery. In perfect condition, like brand new. Packed really really well. Mouse and keyboard are functional but they are really cheap so I'm not using them. I have my apple mouse and I already had my own keyboard. Great price and easy to use website in order to pay.

My phone was flawless as promised in appearance and function. I checked out the exact phone on Amazon. To my disappointment the price was identical however i got the one year warranty here.. So i did come out a little bit ahead Don’t buy a phone thru apple. You’ll save a couple of hundred dollars. I’d definitely buy another device from back market

The phone is like new. The screen and frame look and respond like it’s brand new so we’re happy with it. The battery life only gets to 91% of life when it’s fully charged but we’re thankful the price was low enough and it’ll do the job for many years until til Apple stops supporting its model.

I like my little iPhone very much and it felt like a new one when I got it and hooked it up with Mint Mobile. It was well packed and it arrived quicker than I expected. Good deal! Now I am back looking for other Mac things and Back Market is becoming a trusted source for me.
