    Received my MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 and was relieved and happy with the condition. It came packaged well with an Apple charger. It looks practically brand new with only one small scratch that only I could see because I examined it thoroughly. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, please don’t be and trust Back Market. Very satisfied with my purchase.

    It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. Thanks so much for these great refurbished products, and for the upbeat attitude here!

    Was very suspicious of this site at first, but eventually got curious enough to try it. Ensured that the refurbisher had a strong reputation and ordered a 14" M1 MacBook Pro. Order arrived sooner than expected, and I was very impressed with the device. No signs of any wear on the device being rated as only "Good" condition. Battery only went through 50 cycles, so basically good as new. Everything runs smoothly with no errors. Considering all the bull**** pricing that Apple is doing with their new devices ($200 dollars for 16GB RAM, what a joke), getting this device for only 800 dollars with trade in is such a steal, it's not even funny. I highly recommend getting a refurbished M1 Pro from sites such as this one over getting the newer overpriced crap from Apple themselves, as they actually offer more performance for price.

    Buying a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Magic ( to replace a failing iPhone 6 S ) when the new iPhone 15 is all the rage ... is the smartest thing I've done in a very long while. The phone I received from Back Magic in just 5 days inc. a weekend was purchased as being " very good" condition. It was in fact indistinguishable from brand new. I do recommend anyone buying a used phone pay extra to swap in a new battery . You won't regret that. Five stars to Back Magic.

    If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!! There wasn’t a single scratch on the screen itself and came with a new charger.

    This was such a nice iPad Pro 12.9 with no scratches or problems. Been using it over 1.5 years now and still loving it. It was my first time buying a refurbished item so I was nervous but BackMarket made it so easy to sort through the items available. Highly recommended!

    My wife loves her iPad. I wanted to purchase one for me, so I reviewed all of the refurbished 9th gen 64 iPads on your web site. As I searched further for other bargains, I found a new in box 9th gen at Target for less and went directly to pick it up. So, long story short, I have purchased an SE 3rd gen refurb from back market and a 9th gen iPad from you, both of which are great. The bargain iPad from Target is also great for less $.

    I am so glad I decided to go with Back Market's refurbished iPad. I had an identical one that had a hardware issue and couldn't be repaired, and I had just purchased a new keyboard for it. So...new keyboard and broken iPad. If I bought new, I would need to purchase both again. since the keyboard didn't fit new models. Then I found Back Porch and saved myself a thousand bucks. I was shocked at the quality of the iPad when it arrived...looks brand new...and works with my keyboard. If you are hesitant to go with Back Market, I say "go for it."

    I was really nervous at first about buying a refurbished laptop on here, but I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. My laptop came in original Apple packaging and had no scratches or dents. It looked 100% brand new. The battery health was at 100% when delivered to me and the battery life is excellent. Love the MagSafe charger! I waited three months before writing a review just to make sure nothing went wrong and so far everything has been absolutely perfect. If you are thinking about buying a laptop from this seller, i encourage you.. my experience was well worth it.

    I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!
