Was very suspicious of this site at first, but eventually got curious enough to try it. Ensured that the refurbisher had a strong reputation and ordered a 14" M1 MacBook Pro. Order arrived sooner than expected, and I was very impressed with the device. No signs of any wear on the device being rated as only "Good" condition. Battery only went through 50 cycles, so basically good as new. Everything runs smoothly with no errors. Considering all the bull**** pricing that Apple is doing with their new devices ($200 dollars for 16GB RAM, what a joke), getting this device for only 800 dollars with trade in is such a steal, it's not even funny. I highly recommend getting a refurbished M1 Pro from sites such as this one over getting the newer overpriced crap from Apple themselves, as they actually offer more performance for price.

Buying a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Magic ( to replace a failing iPhone 6 S ) when the new iPhone 15 is all the rage ... is the smartest thing I've done in a very long while. The phone I received from Back Magic in just 5 days inc. a weekend was purchased as being " very good" condition. It was in fact indistinguishable from brand new. I do recommend anyone buying a used phone pay extra to swap in a new battery . You won't regret that. Five stars to Back Magic.

Firstly, it came in the wrong color I ordered orange but it came in Pink. I can look past that because it still looks great. Now, it comes in an Apple refurbished box, but there is absolutely no wear and tear on the machine. Comes with all original Apple parts like keyboard and mouse which is huge! The keyboard itself is about 200.00 retail. It also only took one day to get me to with free shipping?? So although it’s the wrong color it’s still a 5/5 because it’s practically a new machine and it got to me in a literal day

Really nice computer. Came pretty fast, around 2-3 days. I picked the “good” condition and it looks pretty good for being refurbished. Minimal wear on the edges but not a big deal. Would recommend. Bought it for school and haven’t had really any problems. Sometimes a little slow but nothing worrisome.

I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

I’ve purchased an iPhone 12 and these AirPods from this website, along with saving money I also feel better about buying refurbished. Both arrived with minor/ no scratches. They also both arrived earlier than they were scheduled to.

I bought this MacBook Air Back in 2020 after I graduated high school. Only recently did my Adobe Applications start to slow down and lag in rendering. This laptop is a good, reliable start for a beginning college student!

Very excited about my new MacBook Pro. Arrived quickly and in a nice padded box and in very good condition. I can't give this a higher rating because the charger it came with does not work well. It's not an Apple product and has to be sitting just right to continuously charge which is inconvenient when working long hours.

iPad was good. a few scratches but that was to be expected from a refurbished item. Came in three business days so that’s neat
