WOW!!! I absolutely LOVE this pink iMac. I was a little nervous buying a refurbished iMac, but couldn't be more happy with my decision. It arrived at me home 1 day earlier than expected, I was stoked!!! It was packed up perfectly in a big Apple box. Oh boy, when I opened it, the heavens were signing down upon me. I ordered an "excellent condition", which looks brand spankin' new, not a scratch. I received a pink Apple mouse & keyboard, AHHH! I haven't stopped smiling since I got it. Super easy set up & everything works great. I am incredibly impressed and will be doing all of my refurbished shopping here. Thank you Back Market & Koala Stash for my beautiful iMac. Just received them and the shipping was super fast. Everything works perfectly and I’m so happy I bought these. The case has a couple of tiny scratches that are barely noticeable unless you have it really close to your eye. I would definitely recommend buying from them again!!

We ordered a refurbished Switch console for my daughter and it came promptly and is in great condition, so we're very impressed there! The seller originally only included a generic USB to C power cable, without a plug. The cord and our home USB compatible plugs weren't strong enough to power the console, but thankfully we had a laptop charger which worked, so my daughter could play. I contacted Backmarket who contacted the seller and we received a new OEM charger within a couple days, so in the end, all is well, although we would have much preferred to receive a functioning charging cord with the original shipment.

This is my 5th purchase with backmarket and I have been impressed every turn. The switch came with everything I could have needed including the wrist clips for the joycons. I waited to review until I’d had time to see the hard/software for what it truly was being refurbished. Of course the body and controllers had a few noticeable scratches on them but it was all able to be polished up a bit. All in all another great purchase. Thank you backmarket for saving the tech!

Overall pretty happy with the quality and speed that this refurbished iPhone has, but the battery was older than the phone I was replacing so I went to Apple for a $69 battery replacement. Still cheaper than buying a new phone, but seems like battery replacements are no longer guaranteed on BackMarket. This is my fourth or fifth phone that I have purchased on here and I had never had to worry about the battery issue.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I was skeptical, mixed reviews about various items…. BUT the reviews also said that y’all always took the item in question back for warranty and they were ultimately satisfied! I got this tablet and MacBook Pro at the same time!

Happy with the product,accidentally ordered from the fair condition category, but it functions as it should,and I think is a fair assessment,watch has minor scratches around the edges of the screen barely noticeable, other than that thumbs up

I love my watch so much!! I was nervous at first because I have never bought a used electronic before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I am ecstatic to report it came right on time and looked exactly like the description! I have been wearing my watch every day since I got it and haven’t experienced any issues!

I was skeptical at first because I really don’t buy anything refurbished. I selected the excellent condition and when I received it, it was like brand new! It doesn’t have any scratches at all. It works perfectly. I’ve had it for a few days and so far I’ve no issues with it. I’m so happy with my purchase! It arrive with 80% battery life and I was able to fully change it.
