1/5I have heard a lot about Back Market and decided to try it. I ordered an iPhone 13 with 512GB storage in very good condition, asking for an excellent grade level. However, I was disappointed to receive a damaged item with chipped sides. I requested a refund and was happy to receive my money back. The customer support was good, which was the only thing I was satisfied with.
