    Man all I’m gone say is I love BackMarket because this is my 3rd phone with them and they did not disappoint me at all and this phone came fair condition but it’s new the battery percentage is at 100 and everything work I didn’t have a problem putting my number over or anything thank you again the only problem is you guys got to get better with packaging these phones way better

    First time ordering from company. They sent me the wrong color. I ordered the white & received blue. At least everthibg else was right like phone size & storage. I don't really like the hassle of returns, so not gonna bother with it over a wrong color. I ordered the cheapest one which was the acceptable one. It has 2 small scratches on the screen and the sides were a little dirty. It was to be expected for the cheapest choice. The battery health was at 92% which was above expectations. Only has the phone a day, but so far so good. I'm happy the company offers a one year warranty for all the refurbished electronics.

    Had few scratches on the rim of the phone but that was expected! HONESTLY I AM NOT MAD AT THE CONDITION OF THE PHONE FOR FAIR! No scratches on the screen, back of the phone or cameras just rim like i said I AM NOT MAD! Battery health is at 100%. What a great purchase! 2nd iphone i bought in Backmarket!

    the iPhone was blocked due to previous owner still owing money on it, which meant that we were unable to use it with T-Mobile. I reached out for support and was told they could start the return process with a refund. This, along with some other issues makes me worry about trying to buy anything else from here

    The phone that was sent was "locked by carrier due to non payment" so it was pretty much a paperweight. I contacted back market and they responded quickly with a return label, apology, and a 5% discount for a different phone. So backmarket gets 5 stars but the phone itself gets 0. average it out and round up you get 3 stars.

    I ordered the Galaxy S23+ 512GB Beige Unlocked, but I received the phone, but it was LOCKED to AT&T and the phone was extremely dirty. I tried reaching out to the seller and to Back Market with no luck with either. I was able to submit a return for a full refund. I was willing to exchange the phone for the correct one, but the seller never responded. Now I wait and see if I actually get my refund. I get things happen, but I say be careful purchasing something from someone/a company that refuses to reach back out and communicate about the issues. I'll update my review once I hear from the seller and receive the refund.

    The phone is great, works great, no issue there. But the shipment was marked so that I had to be present at my house to receive the package (that's fair) but it was also marked "No weekend deliveries" - Why?!? That was really annoying because they tried to deliver my package multiple times while I was at work, and when the weekend came, when I would have been off, they SKIPPED trying because the shipper marked for no weekend deliveries. They tried Friday, then waited until Monday to try again. They tried again a few days the next week and then I just had to take a day off of work so I could receive my package. No way to select a pickup location or have them hold it for me to pickup. I normally wouldn't leave a comment about shipping on the product page since it's not always in their control, but since the shipment was marked "no weekend deliveries" that IS on the company who shipped it. Phone works, but really frustrated with the process of receiving it.
