I was kinda worried because the last iPhone 12 we bought on Back Market had to be returned, but I noticed this new one was coming from a different seller. So far so good!! It got here super fast. Bought the pristine condition and it was worth the few extra bucks. I have a good condition from another seller and it looks pretty bad… 10/10 happy with purchase. Reliable seller!

I am really satisfied with my iphone 12. It is in perfect condition. Phone was delivered fast. I got used to it fairly quickly even though it had lots of updates that my old phone did not have. Glad I purchased this phone.

My newly-purchased iPhone 14 arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and in the excellent condition as stated. Battery level was 89%. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase, and felt I got a great deal! In addition, I want to point out the prior experience I have with Back Market - a device I purchased last spring developed major issues within the month I had it, and the subsequent return and refund were absolutely no problem at all. I highly recommend Back Market!

I purchased a Galaxy S23 in excellent condition. The package arrived on time and was well protected. Most importantly, the phone looks brand new! I can't spot any scratch on any side. I've been using it for a few days now and so far, it hasn't had any problems. Side Note: For some reason, the model I received (SM-S911U) is stuck on Android 13 / One UI 5.1 and can't auto-update to Android 14. After doing some research, it seems like my phone was originally locked to Verizon and can't receive any updates from Verizon anymore. If anyone else has the same problem, you will need to connect your phone to a computer and manually update it using Frija + Odin.

I found out about this website/company in a You-tube documentary on recycling mobile phones. They have a good variety of products at a very good price (with or without trade-in). I traded in my Pixel 6a and upgraded to Pixel 7. Trade-In offer was more than what google would offer, thus it was an easy decision. My Pixel 6a was in a pristine condition and the phone I received as a trade-in is of excellent condition also. The trade-in process is very easy; a few days after I received my phone, they sent me a shipping kit with a label, and padded envelopes for sending in my trade-in phone. It takes approximately a week-10 days to receive the trade-in money, which is transferred to your bank. I am going to upgrade all my family's phones soon too. Great experience!
