Phone was listed as ‘good’ condition but actually is pretty excellent in my opinion. This is a good first experience with Back Market. We will see with future purchases. I definitely recommend them over Reebelo! If you’re looking at both companies, this one seems to be the more reputable.

I bought this in the fair condition. It was perfect there were no scratches and the battery was brand new with 100% battery life when in settings. My old phone had a 88% battery life after three years of daily usage. I bought a iPhone XS Max from Back Market in 2020, was impressed and now that I got another new phone from Back Market I can say this is the only place I shop now for tech. The shipment was speedy, easy, and the phone had no trouble working with my carrier!

IT WAS AMAZING PHONE IS INSANE FOR ITS PRICE AND CONDITION. It’s basically as good as new with a 98% battery capacity and pretty much perfect everything cable included only thing was the side which had a minuscule amount of discoloration but I have a phone case anyways so it doesn’t bother me at all thank you so much before this I had an iPhone 6s Plus and it was horrible dying every 20-30 minutes with only 32gb storage and I’m not even overrexaggerating it was bad even if I wasn’t using the phone it would still die. So I am very appreciative of this phone at such a low price quite literally life changing. I will be buying from everytime I purchase a device.

I found out about this website/company in a You-tube documentary on recycling mobile phones. They have a good variety of products at a very good price (with or without trade-in). I traded in my Pixel 6a and upgraded to Pixel 7. Trade-In offer was more than what google would offer, thus it was an easy decision. My Pixel 6a was in a pristine condition and the phone I received as a trade-in is of excellent condition also. The trade-in process is very easy; a few days after I received my phone, they sent me a shipping kit with a label, and padded envelopes for sending in my trade-in phone. It takes approximately a week-10 days to receive the trade-in money, which is transferred to your bank. I am going to upgrade all my family's phones soon too. Great experience!
