I LOVE Backmarket -- their refurbished products have been working great for me (keep it up!!), trade-in is a breeze, and buying second-hand products are both cheap AND better for the environment. What's not to love?

I am very happy with my refurbished Samsung Galaxy S23 256 GB phone. It's like brand.new and works perfect.

Bought this Samsung Galaxy S23 from BackMarket after my Motorola died on me in November. I've had family purchase phones and laptops from here so I was confident everything will be just fine and it was! The phone came in a bag much to my dismay but aside from that everything has been functioning well up to this point!

I first ordered a Samsund Galaxy s23 through Electrosales 007 INC, in excellent condition, but I had to return it because it had internal issues and would not connect to a network, even though it clainmed to be unlocked. Also, they sent it to me in a bag with no further protection. I was extremely dissapointed. So I reordered through maroon Mobile and let me tell you they exceeded my expectations. I came in an incredibly sturdy box, it had paperwor, explaining to the phone and an inspection sticker, that cleared it inspection. I ordered in good condition and it was in better condition than the phone I orderd from Electrosales 007 INC that was suppose to be excellent condition. Bottom line what I have learned is that it matter who you get the phone from. Both maroon mobile and Avante are very very reliable, but I would not reccomend Electrosales 007 INC. I will use backmarket in the future for sure!

works great just popped in my sim card and updated my settings no problems at all. love the color love the screen can't even tell it's refurbished.

Refurbished phone but looks and feels brand new! Shipping was quick and transparent. I'm really happy.

I got it in excelent condition and it was as they advertised and I was also a bit skeptical about it since I seen reviews where the Sim card wasn't actually unlocked but glad everything was actually perfect for the price and better then getting it brand new

3/5. Not so bad, not so good either. I ordered again bc I have to return a not so excellent phone and again, chose excellent condition and still recieved a dirty phone but a little bit better. With visible scratches and dents on the camera lenses. I think the back case was removed bc of the glue sticking out and very visible in some areas of the phone. Thick dust is present in some areas of the phone too like the speakers, charging port etc.

The phone came in great condition to my knowledge so far. I will say that the camera came with like a generic camera protector that made it appear like the s21 camera set up. I didn’t know how the camera really looked on this model so when I went to put a case on the phone it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t understand why. Until I realized the screen protector on the camera. So I yanked it off and was just filthy underneath. Besides that phone was okay. Will say I expect more on the personal working on it to notice the camera protector before shipping product. Because it’s not like it was installed by backmarket. It definitely belonged to the previous owner. All and all a lil more attention to detail.
