    I ordered two phones, one in Good (advertised - Good Deal!) condition and one in Excellent condition. I should have trusted the Good Deal advertised phone and gotten two instead of upgrading one of them to Excellent because both phones arrived in Excellent condition. This was my first time purchasing refurbished phones. I was apprehensive, but am glad I took the plunge. I think my husband's phone (Good) holds better charge than mine, but I don't know for sure. It may be that I use mine more than he uses his. All in all, we are very happy with our purchases. We still need to visit Verizon for help with some usage issues like apps, but we are going from Samsung Galaxy S9s to Galaxy S23s, so I think it's a learning curve issue. Thanks for a great product!     I'm very impressed with Back Market refurbished products. For the most part, they're reasonably priced. I was able to get a Samsung galaxy s23 for half the price of a brand new one. The phone was cosmetically and functionally in very good condition. I was very surprised. What got my attention about Back Market though is that they are B Corp Certified. That was enough for me to purchase from them.

    This is the third item I have purchased from back market. I truly don't foresee ever buying electronics brand new again. The phone came in record time, in stellar condition. You would truly never know it was refurbished. It works great, I have had zero problems with anything I've purchased from back market and the Galaxy s23 Ultra was no different.

    Wow. The shipping was fast - and over the holidays too! I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 which surprised me that a phone released in Feb 2023 needed refurbishing. The condition was rated as "very good". As far as I can see, it's damn near perfect. No signs of use. Looks new to me. I'd be curious to see what an "excellent" phone would look like. It works perfectly. And the fact that I got it at Xmas but have until Jan 31 to return? Even better. I don't plan on returning since I just paid over $100 bucks to protect the phone with an Otterbox case and a Zagg glass protector. Yes, I know I could've gotten it cheaper online or at Back Market but I'm so clumsy that I was paranoid enough to run straight to the TMobile store to get a new sim card and the protective stuff. Thank you to both Back Market and Maroon Mobile for such excellent service and an excellent device. Above and beyond!!!

    it's amazing I can get a working functioning refurbished phone for so much less than a new one. the only problem I had with my s23 ultra was the screen doesn't shut off when I put it to my ear. but that's manageable. there were no scratches with an excellent condition.

    Quality like new, customer service - The best. My first purchase on Black Market, but deffinately will be back for more. Hard to get honest refurbished products on the net. And the price is hard to beat. Thanks for filling this void.

    I'm very happy with the ease of purchase, ability to select the correct phone for me (storage size, dual sim, etc), and the ability to trade-in my old phone to help offset the cost of this one. The phone came in nondescript packaging and the phone was as described. I can't even tell it was refurbished!

    Aight the phone is in good mostly excellent condition let me mind yall that is looking at this review they might not be good it’s mostly thinking that refurbished brands that aren’t too well with the devices, was planning to refund the phone thinking this would be sketchy if the phone is already tweaking but I did my inspection and it was well indeed, took about a day to feel satisfied and it was really standing so well still turns on well functioning and it give me chance to keep it since this was my first refurbished phone I know its a lot to say but I have to get out my chest, thanks to the people or the store brand for taking care of the phone much appreciated.
