This is the 3rd phone I bought for family member. So that should tell you how happy we are with Back Market and it partners.

My phone is like new. The only complaint is the calculator is missing. I downloaded one problem solved.

Great Experience. iPhone was like new, in my opinion, and so far everything is functioning as it should. Shipping was quick and on time. I am a huge fan of Back Market and will look to buy other items in the future.

My second Back Market iPhone purchase. First was a 7+ which lasted way too long. This 12 operates faster and I really like face recognition and no home button. Screen is in perfect condition. I guess ‘Good’ was due to a few minor scratches on the edge of outer body which covered with the case ordered at the same time. BM more than covered that with 100% battery life. I’m sure I’ll be back for another one as soon as my wife picks it up and uses it. She’s currently holding on to an 8+.

The phone is as advertised and I like it. The transfer/setup process was not quite as explained. It does have some AT&T apps that I either cannot uninstall or disable. (I am not an AT&T subscriber.) They will supposedly go into deep sleep after not being used.

I bought a phone I wasn't looking for because this seller seemed so legit. I was originally in the market for an S21. I ordered one on this site from a seller that sold soo many phones. They had mixed reviews, but I gave them a shot. It came locked. I was disappointed (the return process is a bummer), but ultimately, everything worked out. Back market made sure I got my refund. My last phone (s9) was purchased from this site 3 years ago. It still works, so I figured this site was worth one more try. I vetted sellers, and this one seemed to be the most legit. Not many reviews, but the ones that were left were great. I knew they would send me a quality product. I was correct. My s21 plus is awesome. Came wrapped up like it was worth a million dollars, and seems BRAND NEW. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this seller. 5 stars.

Don't trade in a device, they will try to lie to as they did to me. Said my device was financially locked and they could only give me $78 instead of the $309 they were suppose to. Talked to T-Mobile who said "that was a lie, your device has been unlocked for any carrier since 2022, I wonder how many people they get with that." If your reading this, pay the extra $50 for a new device and full reimbursement promised for your device. First and last time using Black marked, Backdoor, whatever their name for any phone purchases.

Delivery was fast! Phone looked brand new!! Set up was very easy. I am loving it. I was very scared to buy a refurbished phone but I am super glad I did!! This has changed my whole outlook on buying refurbished phones.

First I got my iPhone 11 but had and issue with voice recording, so I asked them to change it. And after 1 week I got my new one in excellent condition even with a battery of 100% health status. There are no visible scratches. Excellent service
