    Don't trade in a device, they will try to lie to as they did to me. Said my device was financially locked and they could only give me $78 instead of the $309 they were suppose to. Talked to T-Mobile who said "that was a lie, your device has been unlocked for any carrier since 2022, I wonder how many people they get with that." If your reading this, pay the extra $50 for a new device and full reimbursement promised for your device. First and last time using Black marked, Backdoor, whatever their name for any phone purchases.

    Initially I was very pleased with my phone, everything seemed in good condition and it came like it was supposed to. However, it took me a while to realize my recording audio was completely broken and came that way. I don't take many videos or audio messages, so I didn't notice at first. And my calling worked okay - people could still hear me speaking over the phone - but there was no sound when I tried to record anything. That's when I also noticed (after comparing to my husband's phone, which is the exact same model) that the audio was muffled and much quieter than it should've been when someone else was talking to me over the phone. By the time I figured all this out, it had been over 30 days since receiving my phone, so I couldn't just send it back for a refund and buy a new one. I had to locate another old phone that I could use while I had to send in this refurbished one back to the seller. But they still weren't able to fix it, so they issued me a refund and I'm having to start the process of getting a new phone all over again. I am just really disappointed and frustrated that it wasn't in the condition it was promised from the very beginning, and it took me over 2 months to get to this point of just starting all over again.

    My second Back Market iPhone purchase. First was a 7+ which lasted way too long. This 12 operates faster and I really like face recognition and no home button. Screen is in perfect condition. I guess ‘Good’ was due to a few minor scratches on the edge of outer body which covered with the case ordered at the same time. BM more than covered that with 100% battery life. I’m sure I’ll be back for another one as soon as my wife picks it up and uses it. She’s currently holding on to an 8+.
