I’ve been wanting an IPad for soo long!! When I came across a video on TikTok telling me about BackMarket, I immediately looked further into it. I was fully ready to accept it if I’d fallen for a scam website, but my package just came in yesterday and I can’t begin to describe how happy I am with it! It’s in perfect condition, runs smoothly, and is amazing for drawing, which was my reason of purchasing. The only issue I had was the way it was packaged was just a thin layer of bubble wrap so I was afraid it might’ve been broken, but it was still in amazing condition, was delivered within a week, and came with a charger! Overall, I am satisfied with the actual product!

It did not come with a charging cord and arrived completely dead no way to charge it and since doesn't power on no way to know it actually works. When I let them know they said they'd review and let me know if would provide a replacement cord. Except it isn't a replacement when they didn't send one. They reached out promptly and refunded the cost of the charger we bought!! Thank you!! Works great will definitely be ordering again!!

We bought a grade ‘B’ quality laptop and the condition was as described. Slight signs of previous usage but overall great condition. Would purchase this quality again. I needed a computer for school. I didn't need anything fancy and I already have a desktop computer for things like gaming and more intensive programs. I decided on a Chromebook and began searching for the best deal. When I came across this website, I immediately assumed it was a scam site or some kind of auction thing. I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised to learn that it was totally legit. I was able to buy a computer for $60, which still sounds too good to be true but I know it is because I've had it for a couple of weeks now. The computer came within a few days and the condition is better than the company described, which was awesome. I even like their funny, down to Earth style of correspondence and communication. Everything is great, I have no complaints.

I this is my second HP Chromebook from Back Market. It was for my wife. We had an Acer Chromebook and the battery shot craps. We looked at battery prices and compare the HP on Back Market. Went with the HP, better value. She is extremely pleased...it is pristine. The Acer will be given to the Goodwill for their computer repair program.
