If there is damage, then I cannot see it. Wheel and pedals function perfectly, and were well packaged. Shipping was a day faster than the estimate.

This was my second order from BackMarket, and with all honesty, it came in amazing, the quality was great, literally no flaws, no scratches, the inner display looked great, especially because its a plastic screen, there was still not a single scratch, the performance of he phone is also great, it came with the snapdragon which is what I was hoping for. All in all, I love it and might come back here after a year or two to pick up a Z Fold 7

Ordering through back market is a breeze. It’s the only place we order phones now. We have been ordering through back market probably for the last six years. We have always received exactly what we ordered and never had any trouble with the phones we have purchased.

There is only one issue but it’s a pretty big problem one that I felt should have been in n big bold warning letters. The newest update that you are required to do/have the most up to date update(not the newest phone but a phone that will allow u to update when needed)

What I ordered waa a used, "excellent" Galaxy Note 20 locked to Verizon - What I got is a ( likely ) former store display with all original parts, almost ZERO imperfections, 98 percent battery health and only very minor, basically invisible screen burn; UNLOCKED. Considering I got the warranty for screen replacements in the future, I'd say that's a great compromise for the money. Great phone.

processing was a few days long but when shipped it was fast shipping. I understand that processing takes time but my experience here was amazing. I will continue to use this app and maybe bubuy from the same seller. item is like brand new. I am very pleased with it.

Phone works great! Body condition was fine, had a few small scratches and blemishes but I put a case on it anyways.
