    I have purchased different brands and models from different sellers and so far no one has left me with a smile from ear to ear. Highly satisfied!!! I wish I could provide a 10-start review but 5 is the maximum. Highly recommended!!!!

    First phone I received that was to be in "excellent" condition (Samsung S21 Ultra) had two pixels out. It was returned. The shop that sent out another phone managed to send it to Canada, instead of my house an hour north, which expanded the guaranteed 5 day returns to nearly 2 weeks, costing me thousands in revenue and client losses. The Second phone in "excellent" condition only picks up 4g signal, so its next to useless in the 5g world we live in. Second sim slot does not work, back glass was broken leaving sand and grit in the camera lenses. I'm personally not willing to send in another phone knowing I'll only take more damage doing so. Do yourself a favor and buy a phone anywhere else.

    Dont order from them. They protect their sellers over their customers, even when you receive a faulty device. I ordered a phone that was supposed to be in "excellent" condition. After a few days of receiving it, I noticed some issues. The phone kept completely losing service and stopped charging when plugged in. I reached out to them and let them know and I ended up sending it back. Well, the charging issue started happening less before sending it out and it apparently resolved itself, so the seller tested that issue only and sent it back without fixing the other issue. I think that was poor communication between back market and the seller. So I reached out and sent it back a second time and had to send it back again. The seller then tested it for a few minutes and sent it back the same day because it wasn't losing service in the few minutes they were testing it. How are they going to know in just that few minutes?? Just fix my phone or replace it!! I spent weeks messaging them back and forth and was getting ready to send it back a THIRD TIME.
