Very pleased with what I received everything works perfectly. I ordered in fair condition but the condition I received is really good and exceeded my expectations, just one small tiny dent which was not a big deal since I ordered in fair condition. Battery is in normal condition. If you are interested in purchasing one, I can tell you very confidently to do so.

Item arrived with a charger. Purchased in Fair condition so scratches were expected. Mine had them on the apple logo and the bottom of the computer which had the most wear. Otherwise the Keyboard is perfect, Screen is Perfect, Battery health is 98%. Excellent condition all things considered and the M1 with 16GB ram is a seriously capable laptop. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. Black Market's return policy + 1 Year Warranty helps lessen the risk of buying Refurbished. Would recommend to anyone especially students.

First time ordering a refurbished product. Ordered "Good"condition to save money - the laptop came with no scratches at all! Battery cycle count was 30, which is almost nothing. The only issue is they left the package at the back door and I couldn't find it right away and was very worried lol. Wish the courier asked for my signature, but I guess that's on the delivery service and not PowerON (the supplier of my laptop). I'm writing this review 2 years later - still no issues with the MacBook Pro! Thanks.

what the fuck this is practically a new laptop, probably won’t be the same for everyone but the risk was worth it, for the price this was a steal and i lived by where it was shipped so it got here in a day so lucky lucky right?

I bought a "good condition" Macbook Pro, M1 64gb Ram 1000gb SD through the seller PowerOn. I can not find a flaw. My battery health is 100% with only 3 cycles. This thing looks incredible. I would mistake it for brand new. Thank you so much! 🥰

I bought a phone from Back Market a while back and I've come here for newer devices ever since! I recently bought an iPad 10.5 and it arrived quickly with no apparent scratches or marks. I would've bought an apple pencil from here as well, but it was surpringly cheaper to get one refurbished directly from Apple's

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

This is my first experience of buying a refurbished or used device. It meets all the stated indicators. The only complaint is that the battery's autonomy is already quite weak, the charge lasts an average of 4 hours with intensive work. And so, in general, I am very happy with the purchase. I advise you despite the fact that there are quite a lot of contradictory comments on the "Back Market" on the web.
