    I can say without a shadow of a doubt this new phone has been great. I wanted to upgrade my phone with more storage also Apple was trying to charge me $300 to fix the crack in my screen. I didn’t make sense for me not to try refurbished plus I was getting money back on my phone too. It’s a no brainer. I haven’t any problems with new phone at all. I’ve had the phone now for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend. I got the iPhone 12 Pro with 256GB in Gold in Excellent condition.

    I bought a 2020 MacBook Air and it's just as good as a brand new laptop. I've had it for 3 months and it's still working great. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it came with a charger that didn't work. It was some generic AC power adapter instead of a regulation Apple charger. Luckily I had an old Mac charger that worked so I didn't bother getting a replacement from Back Market. But otherwise it's been great. I hope my future purchases from Back Market go this well.

    The MacBook Air Retina 13.3" (2020) seems brand new to me (rated Good), but I am a dinosaur. I suppose I should have realized there would be no USB port, but I am learning new ways. I do a lot of highlighting, copying, pasting, so the next order was a Magic Mouse. This T-Rex can't manage that with a track pad. The shipping didn't take long, but the speed of the MacBook is astounding. After the old 2012 MacBook Pro fried its hard drive, I have a bit of rebuilding to do, so speed and light weight will help. Also, the gold color is lovely ;-)

    This was my first purchase at Back Market and I’m throughly enjoying my new-to-me MacBook Pro. The shipping speed was great, the condition of the laptop was awesome with minimal signs of wear and had a battery % for age of MacBook within expectations. I would definitely recommend this seller and Back Market to my friends.

    So phone did arrive very quick. The 2-day shipping backmarket offers is extremely fast. Ordered on late Tuesday night and got phone Friday. However, I purchased from the seller an iPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition. Backmarket considered excellent condition pretty much new with maybe a very tiny scratch or nic on the body. When I got the phone there was a huge ding/nic on bottom right hand that is very noticeable from afar. There’s no way the seller didn’t notice this. Condition is nowhere near excellent because of the bottom right corner. The seller should’ve considered this a “good” condition phone. So I sent pics and backmarket did offer a compensation of $40 which still wouldn’t equal the price of a “good” condition phone. Internally everything seems to work. I just wish the seller would’ve been more honest about the condition they sold the phone in. If I’m paying over $600 for an excellent phone, then I expect it to be pretty much flawless by backmarket’s standards.

    The good: The device works very well - from a software and user experience point of view there's no way to tell that it isn't brand new. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. The bad: My best advice is to keep your expectations of the cosmetic appearance low, really low. There's way more scratching on the body than I would expect for something that is described as in "Good" condition and only little over a year old. But the screen is more or less cosmetically perfect and the watch works brilliantly so I am pleased overall. What really left a sour taste was the really cheap off-brand accessories that came along with watch. The wrist straps feel cheap and don't fit well at all with the body of the watch - you'll have to struggle a bit to get it into place when it should be an easy click. The charging cable provided also feels really cheap (the magnet is not as strong as an Apple charger). I ended up just using my old charger from my previous Apple Watch. This might not be a huge deal for people but for the price you're paying I would expect better accessories than cheap Amazon knockoffs.

    Nearly perfect, the process is easy and delivery was quick. The MacBook would have been perfect but for the packing. The box was too small for the laptop and the large charger. The MacBook received a large dent on the underside which could have been avoided if the box was bigger. There's no paint damage, just the impression of the corner of the charger from its exact position in the box

    The laptop arrived within 3 days of purchasing! Although I purchased it in excellent condition, upon inspection I did notice a very faint chipping on the back side of the laptop but it wasn't very noticeable to be honest, other than that the laptop appears to be in great condition hopefully it continues to run good throughout time but I'm in love with my new Macbook!

    i love my new ipad!! it works perfectly and i can barely see any imperfections!! the only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars is the fact that it didn’t come with the original charger (the one provided is not enough power for the ipad and charges slows) other than that, it’s amazing
