The phone was delivered slightly later than initially told, BUT the phone arrived and currently operating without any defects and doesn't seem to have any physical disfiguration. This phone arrived in perfect condition, the battery health was perfect as well as it was at a perfect 100! Only issue was a scratch on the apple logo of the back of the Phone. Still amazing, and still 5 stars! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

I purchased an iPhone 12 Mini 128 GB that was refurbished. Although the item came in an excellent condition and all items came as described, I received the 64 GB model. I’m hoping to purchase again while I wait for my refund to process. If my order is fulfilled correctly next time, I will be a happy camper. We will see how it goes.

I wish they shipped with a different carrier—USPS is so slow, so it took longer to get here than originally advertised—but everything else was great, and really, the shipping isn't Back Market's fault. :)

I ordered a galaxy note 20 5g it took longer than expected to arrive, about 2 and a half weeks. I ordered the note in fair condition and it looks brand new, I got the 2 year warranty bc I've heard it's worth it. The phone works great and it was unlocked. I put a spectrum Sim card in and it worked no problemo!I was worried bc t mobile was popping up every where but nope unlocked!

Got fair condition in green, nearly perfect condition pre-used but, it was missing the pen which doesn't really bother me since the price was so great, I stuck my old pen in there works. Other than that phone is better than advertised actually.
