Great price and came very clean with a great working charger, I love it. I decorated it pink and I think I got it a couple of weeks ago, it works amazingly!!

Everything is perfect with the exception of a missing M2 screw which I will need to hunt down. Trying to figure out what the problem was caused my several hours of stress and I still have yet to be able to get a screw. Nevertheless, the device is perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Overall, great MacBook and in very good condition. My only complaint is I wish the battery was better. It only lasts maybe 3.5 hours with full charge (if you are on it that whole time) so not ideal. I am mainly using it for online classes for it's not a big deal for me to charge it in between or during classes, but it can be annoying. However, the battery is always a risk with refurbished devices and for the price I was able to get this at, I'm not too upset about it. Shipping was super fast and it came well packaged.

It’s the best thing I’ve got used by far good work!

I know nothing about Apple/Mac products but my son does and says this laptop was exactly what he needed. Arrived exactly as promised- timeframe, condition, configuration. Zero drama, zero surprises is a good thing when you're buying for one of your kids.

The laptop arrived in perfect condition, I bought the "good" one, but it arrived more than excellent. No mark, as if it had come out of the box. For the price I paid, it was one of the best I've done today.

Item had a few scratches which would be expected normal wear. One small gash that created a small sharp raised nick in the body. The screen is perfect and the unit is performing well. Overall satisfied with purchase.
