This is my second phone purchase from BackMarket. (I plan to get a computer from them soon as well). My last purchase was an iphone 8 64 gigs, in 2021. I've significantly updgraded to an Iphone 13 Pro with a lot more storage! Lack of storage was the reason I really needed to get a new phone... 64 was never going to cut it for me, I should have gotten at least 128 then. (Lesson learned). But, I will say that it is such a treat to have a high functioning camera (I've never had one!) It's so cool to have (if you actually use the features). Anyway, in terms of this purchase, I am super happy once again. I chose the "good" option with standard battery. Battery arrived with 94% capacity which I'm very happy about. The body is just fine with a small scratch, which I never care about because I put an otterbox case on all of my phones. I just want a working phone with a perfect screen and I always get that from BackMarket. I love this refurbished website more than the other ones I've looked at. BM is the only one I've actually used and when I looked at some other sites recently I understood why I keep choosing Back Market... their warranty and website are top notch. Super happy!

I waited more than a month after receiving my Google Pixel 7a before writing this review. I live the trial period Backmarket gives to get comfortable with the new phone and really use it to see if any problems arise. So far so good, I don't know what the issues, if any, were before the purchase but everything seems to be working as it should it should. I get an occasional glitch with certain apps but I think those are app issues. I did my homework on this phone and for the condition Backmarket beat every other sites price point. It arrived just as described and Backmarket was sent clear instructions on setup right out of the box and have been good about checking in to make sure everything is working well. This is actually the 3rd phone I've purchased from them, I also bought one apple for my daughter and one for her boyfriend and a couple years ago and both of those still work great too. I think this is a company that truly cares about doing their part to recycle and while delivering a great service and customer service. I won't ever ever by a brand new phone again because of that. So I just stumbled upon this website and decided to order a phone without really knowing anything about this company and I’ve got to say this was a great purchase. The phone I ordered was the iPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition when I received it it looked absolutely brand new. Didn’t see any scratches or anything, but it did apparently have the camera replaced, but after taking some pictures and videos, I couldn’t even tell I am overall satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a phone for affordable price

Back Market is the best. I ordered a Iphone 12 Pro Max in Silver. And it was in excellent condition. It functions like new. I Rate it a 10/10. This is my first time ordering from the website. but I will continue to order. Think twice when thinking about buying new devices. Back Market is the best place to save.

Best purchase ever! I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max in good condition and it was honestly like a brand new phone. Maybe one chip but it wasn’t visible and the DND button doesn’t work but I’m okay with that. The battery is 93%, speakers work great and delivery was fast and on time

My wife is so stoked! Her iPhone 12 Pro Max is in perfect condition, inside and out. It charges fast and the charge lasts forever. MagSafe charging is so convenient. It's also kinda like getting a high-end camera that also has a great phone! She caught an owl at dusk along our driveway, 1/2 way up the tree, and she used the 12X magnifying feature and the pic showed every detail of the bird. Perfectly focused, no blurring. We couldn't see those details with our eyes! Magnificent! She loves the facial recognition because she's inside the phone as soon as it's on, almost instantly. We put it in a case that's protective, but the case directly around the phone is held in the larger case magnetically. So she pops the phone out for MagSafe charging instantly. She thought the Pro Max would take too much room in her purse, but it doesn't really. Somehow it fits like her smaller phone, pretty much. So, so many more extras we can't mention here. Love it! The value we have received from purchasing refurbished is truly phenomenal. Close to 50% off what Costco or T-Mobile wanted for new. No, I don't work for Back Market! First time purchasers, but we'll be back for my new refurbished phone lat...

We aren’t able to log in to iCloud. We can’t continue with the set-up until this is done. This is the message we are getting: verification failed. There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.

If this is good condition, Excellent might as well be straight out of the Apple factory. Very minor scratches on the screen and back, nothing that a screen protector and phone case can’t cover. Battery is rated pretty high, and came with a charger. Thank you!

I ordered a "Good" iPhone 13. The phone arrived in about 2 days. Upon opening it, I was quite surprised. There are very minor scratches on the sides, & that's it. The screen and cameras are flawless. Everything appears to be working & I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Definitely love these headphones alot, i just dont like the fact i have to keep changing from noise cancellation mode to ambient mode everytime i reconnect maybe im doing it wrong but overall, extremely dope headphones ‼️
