    I'm extremely pleased with my laptop. It's a bit on the heavy side, more suited for a man but I have come to overlook that. It works smoothly. The exterior is great, I didn't find any scratches. You can't tell that it's refurbished. This is my third laptop purchase from Back Market and I don't have any complaints. The other 2 laptops are working excellently. Overall I am extremely impressed and pleased with my purchases from Back Market, so far its been 2 phones and 3 laptops.

    I got it for online courses and it's great for the price. Shipping was fast and it looks new. The only issue I've had is that it's prone to overheating, which means that the fan gets really loud. Propping it up so that the vents get circulation helps that though! Nothing major. I definitely recommend it!

    Hello, Received the laptop about 3 days after I placed the order which was extremely fast. The laptop was in really good condition, everything worked perfectly except for the camera. So all in all I’m satisfied with my order.

    Wait a month before doing the review. Because I wanted to know how the laptop works and I can say that 10/10 physically and systematically, really good for being second-hand. The battery 7/10, charges good but when it discharges I have to connect it immediately. But I’m happy with my laptop.

    My only difficulty is knowing how to access my documents. So, after transferring data from the cloud suddenly I'm up blocked by a message that says "Read only". That and how I originally wrote my documents in a box-like manner, not what reads like today's newspaper. I wrote in this manner because of numbers and figures that needed to be expressed so readers could understand the logic I was relating to in Biblical terms. Is there any way someone in your firm can advise me ? Also, I no longer have the order number in my possession. My cell # is 612-998-0254.     looks great. tested everything with benchmark and it performs better than average. I tested battery and it gives 10 hours. I got excellent condition just to be safe and it panned put great. if this was a brand new laptop I wouldn't know the difference.

    Delivery was fast. While the laptop was in very good condition, I was accidentally sent the wrong CPU and there was minor damage on a power cord. Customer Service was very prompt in responding to make it right. The return and refund process (I ended up getting a newer model instead from Back Market) was smooth and fast.

    Bought Dec 2023 as present for grandson. Shipped quickly and I opened to inspect. Could not connect to Wifi and had no Bluetooth capability. Customer service worked with me step-by-step but in the end they sent me a mailing tag and had me send it back. Sent it back on Saturday and within a few days I had a replacement!! Laptop was flawless (looked new) and everything worked! Had it connected to Wifi in minutes and the Bluetooth connected to my headset. I was blown away and so impressed with BackMarket and the company who provided it to me. I have purchased multiple items from this company and will return soon to buy more! My grandson is thrilled with his gift and that makes me smile. THANK YOU :)
