I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

It works perfectly for my wife and what she needed to do with it, which is just basic word processing stuff and surfing the Internet. She’s more familiar with Mac. But I told her if she wants a Mac and she could get it herself and that she needs to learn how to use windows. All in all it’s a great little PC. It came in great condition and works perfectly.

Arrived in excellent condition, securely packaged. Everything is working as expected. Pretty good performance so far and the battery is decent. I previously purchased a laptop that had some issues and Back Market made the return process very easy. I returned the previous one and purchased this Dell 5520 and I'm very satisfied with what I ended up with.

the recent order arrived promptly and in good condition , however it was a Latitude 5590 i5-8250U @ 1.6 GHz , not the Latitude 5590 i5-8350U @ 1.7 GHz listed , it did have a FHD display so that's not a deal breaker i was looking for identical laptops to give to my nephews , its always nice to get what you expect the Regadget folks are not perfect , but they are pretty good

Shipping and condition were great. I had to manually re-install Windows onto the correct SSD with a flash drive and third party software. It wasn't hard and I learned a little bit during the process, though a disclaimer of some sort for the less tech savvy of us might have been nice. The physical wear and tear was negligible, I only noticed some corner wearing and the charging port is a little loose for my liking. I'm not sure if that's just a factory issue or the result from some sort of hardmod, but it doesn't impact my ability to charge the laptop, it's just mildly annoying. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by the condition based off the price and listed condition. I have had zero software issues with the laptop since re-installing Windows; I may have had more difficulty without access to another PC. I did have another one though, and the process left me feeling pretty satisfied with myself as a tech noob, so it's not worth knocking a star off for. I'll probably be using this service again and I would buy from this seller again.

Originally, I bought this computer. I'm hoping to find analternative to the macbook for d j gigs and performances through my research, I followed the the suggested Components for the software that I use and try to surpass them with my search. And uh everything is working well

Regadget sent out the laptop super fast. The condition I purchased was “good” but it appears to be in excellent condition. When it first arrived the screen was separated from the lid slightly on the left side which was most likely due to heavy handling during shipping. Regadget had me send it back, fixed it, and sent it back to me in less than 5 days. I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism they carried themselves with. 10/10 would buy again and highly recommend them as your go to refurber!

Guys...I am super impressed although I was thinking and hoping it was going to be touchscreen. The reason I ordered that particular model is because, my previous employer issued those to us, but they were touchscreen, and it was really convenient, I had gotten used to it. But never the less, I'm still impressed with the one you sent...is there a way I can convert it to touchscreen though!?

The computer & it's price range were great. I was looking to get my grandmother a new computer, since her existing tower was aging out & generally having major memory issues. This computer was within our limited price range, had a large enough screen for my grandmother, & had specs that would easily meet any of her limited requirements. However, the one problem this laptop had (bringing it from a 5 to a 4) was it's near expired OS. I was aware that windows 10 was being phased out by August, but assumed that windows 11 would be a fairly quick install. Unfortunately, this laptops older processor was not supported by windows 11, & since I live several states away from my grandmother, & my grandmother herself not being too tech savvy, it looked like a return was the only option. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me get Linux mint installed as the OS, & the computer (as of now) has worked very well with this system. I must say, it's partially my fault for not checking windows 11 to see if the refurbished computer was covered, but still, having even just a warning that the processor was not supported would have saved us a couple days of headaches. The more unrealistic solution is existing installations of Linux on your guys end, but I understand if that's not realistic. TL'DR: Great computer, -1 star for no warning of no windows 11 support. Thanks for the computer! I appreciate the conservation effort you guys are doing!

The laptop it's good, but I was disappointed that in the item description said was " touch screen" and is not. other than that little mistake, it all good. came quick. great packing. window 10, not 11. will buy again.
