the M2 mac mini is a beast of a computer even at base specs. the one I got shipped quickly and was well refurbished, arriving as described - "fair" condition with a few cosmetic scratches but functions like new!

I ordered a 14 inch m2max MacBook Pro for my personal use, I ordered in excellent condition, and I would say the laptop really is brand new, there is only 9 cycle on the battery and it was very well packaged in a apple package, the charger is also Apple Original charger, brand new. Overall I am very very satisfied with blackmarket, well above my expectations. And I will defenitely come back for my next computer purchase

Arrived right on time and proud works great. No fancy Apple packaging but what can you expect from a refurbished Company. Definitely way better and cheap than buying brand new. Will looking into buying from here again.

Delivery was quick. But did not deliver the correct laptop. Ordered Dell Latitude 5420 14-inch (2021) - Core i5-1145G7 - 16GB - SSD 512 GB with Backlit keyboard, and OS - Window 11. The laptop delivered to me does not have a Backlit keyboard. I truly need the one with a backlit keyboard, please. Thank you.

Arrived in perfect condition and works excellently! Hoping it works for a while, since I’ve sometimes had issues with Backmarket products performing well for the first year, then breaking shortly after the beginning of the next year or when the warranty ends. However, this Mac mini is perfect, although I wish they didn’t put a sticker on it that cannot be removed without residue or damaging the Mac mini. All in all, a good buy and a great price, I really hope it lasts!

There was one broken thing, the light under the apple on the cover does not light up. I figured that was part of the good rather than excellent condition and it doesn't bother me. Other than that it seems to be functioning fine.

Latitude 5520 arrived on time and in great condition! The battery lasts shorter than advertised, but that's to be expected on one this old. Overall very satisfied with a great deal. I purchased it in "fair" condition.

Pleased with my purchase. The mini was listed in "good" condition, but I couldn't find a scratch on it. My main concern however was the remaining life of the SSD. I downloaded and ran DriveDX, which showed 88%. Seems reasonable for a two year old machine.
