    I needed a new laptop that would power my new XTool F1 laser engraver. The ProBook 640 G8 has everything I need to keep my laser working at its peak performance. The computer is awesome! I think the condition is much better than “fair”, it’s in excellent condition and is doing exactly what I need it to do for a fraction of the price of something brand new.     The M2 MacBook Air I got was a lot better than I expected for being "fair condition". It only has a couple of small chips and scratches on the external panels, and the screen looks almost brand new. It runs as well as I expected, so this was an amazing deal!

    Works great, was able to wipe Windows and install my OS and it works great. The fair rating had me anticipating a bit of wear on the device but it's super clean, the most roughed up part was the sticker specifying the GPU. Absolutely will keep using back market for my refurbished devices.

    I am very pleased with the laptop. In terms of its condition, it has no scratches or wear marks. The touchscreen works perfectly, and I really enjoy the features. The battery life is not great; however, it does not pose a problem because I mostly use it at home. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this product! It was a great deal that I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere else!

    You probably could have sold this laptop as good+ condition. It just needed cleaned. There were literally no scratches or dents just black lines that seemed to have transfered from something else. Also the finish appeared sun damaged (it was just dirt!) I just used water and a microfiber and it looks like a brand new laptop. Thanks for the great deal! Maybe clean your products better?
