    Even though I bought a "good" condition mouse it was practically new. There were minor scratches and it works amazing. The mouse it pretty heavy, so it won't fall off a table by accident.

    Oh how I have missed using a Mac! I'm so in love with this computer. This particular model is the best of the best in my opinion. At my old job, the Supervisors all had this kind of MacBook Pro. I knew that when I was ready to upgrade my old computer (Windows PC Laptop) I would be getting a MacBook Pro. I just never imagined I'd find one this NICE in my price range. Thank you BackMarket and thank you to the refurbisher to did such a great job with my computer.

    It took several tries to get one where the functions worked but, I did it!! Sadly, I have broken the screen and have been told it would be cheaper to buy another one than to replace the screen so I am BACK!!!

    Excellent transaction!! I was anxious about the quality of the refurbished unit, especially considering the great price I was getting. After receiving the unit, I was delighted to see what appeared to be a practically brand new unit. No exterior blemishes that I could detect and more importantly, it works exactly as expected. Will definitely come back to BackMarket for my next electronics purchase.

    The laptop quite literally looked like it had time traveled to 2022 from 2014, the box having never been opened. It was perfect. I honestly couldn't locate a single scratch anywhere - on the display housing, the keyboard, keyboard housing, the display, - perfection. It ran perfectly, and although it is nowhere near the speed and performance of my Mac Mini M1, it gets the job done without ever feeling like an eight year old computer. You won't go wrong with a 2014 Macbook Pro 15" - the only caveat being the Touchbar isn't available on this model year. You may want to look for a year or two newer for that feature if its something you'd use.

    I purchased this phones in “EXCELLENT” condition but sadly, I was disappointed. The phone had scratch marks everywhere specifically around the camera area and corners. I’ve purchased iPhones, and other items from here expecting the same high quality product they usually deliver. Unfortunately not this time.
