The laptop quite literally looked like it had time traveled to 2022 from 2014, the box having never been opened. It was perfect. I honestly couldn't locate a single scratch anywhere - on the display housing, the keyboard, keyboard housing, the display, - perfection. It ran perfectly, and although it is nowhere near the speed and performance of my Mac Mini M1, it gets the job done without ever feeling like an eight year old computer. You won't go wrong with a 2014 Macbook Pro 15" - the only caveat being the Touchbar isn't available on this model year. You may want to look for a year or two newer for that feature if its something you'd use.

Quality of the product is amazing. We had ordered a MacBook Air 11.6 inch in December and it was super laggy so we returned it and were a bit leary of reordering, but we did and we are so happy that we did! They actually sent the bigger 13 inch MacBook which is great! Condition is near perfect. Looks brand new and works perfectly. Quickly charges to 100 percent and holds the charge as long as our other MacBooks which were purchased brand new. Quick delivery. Good packaging. Quality product! Great deal!

Have had the product for about a week now and can honestly say this is precisely as advertised. The aesthetic condition was listed as "Very Good," and is every bit as it says. Extremely minor handling imperfections and scuffs on the back of the stand and near the port holes. Bottom line: $1,378 USD for a 2014 iMac retina 27" display i7-4GHz quad core 1TB SSD 32GB DDR3 ram w/ AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4GB = 1 happy camper. Scoured the internet high and low looking for the best deal. Other sites had iMacs not even CLOSE to this spec'ed out starting at $1,500. This is for sure a place to consider when purchasing any refurbished Apple product. P.S. I know this is important to a bunch of people so I just want to add that the packaging was incredibly eco-friendly and light. One large box, some inflated bags and the contests of my purchase. Thoughtful.

Let me tell you - I had a lot of anxiety about this order. At first, I saw a ton of amazing reviews from BackMarket and also from the third-party vendor. Once I clicked submit payment, I dug further for more reviews and did a lot of searching on Google for outside reviews. You can imagine it was a lot of nightmare-ish reviews. But once I got my MacBook Pro, propped it open (freaked out for a second when it wouldn't turn on....because I didn't charge it duh), everything was working as expected and it's been a couple of days, still good so far. The laptop came in as expected and in a balloon kind of bubblewrap so it wouldn't be damaged from the delivery. The third-party vendor was also in the US but Blackmarket is in France? So thankfully, I didn't have to worry about international shipping issues. Here's my situation to go refurbished: I'm taking a cybersecurity training course that required me to create virtual machines for virus testing and pen-testing. My Asus PC laptop was too old and would brick whenever I tried to load VM Player and even download the VM files. I also obviously can't use my work laptop since it needs admin privileges and I really shouldn't be doing this kind of work on my work laptop anyway. I spent $$$$ on the most brand new mac book air with all the bells and whistles and with the M1 chip and Big Sur OS. After a day of blood, sweat, and frustration, the bottom line is that the new Big Sur OS does not have kernels. Companies like virtualbox need you to have them and some users on stackoverflow got it to work, but most like me....could not. Virtualbox is free and open sourced so it will be a while before they can catch up to all the new hardware and software changes. Next thing to try: let's load Windows onto my mac and do virtualization that way. NOPE. M1 chip does not allow Boot Camp. WOW. USELESS. Please note I didn't want to go back to using a PC and didn't want to get a Linux laptop. Mac is just a new personal preference now. I had to go refurbished so I found this 2019 mac book pro with Mojave OS and everything I needed to do WORKS. I got 1 TB storage and 16 GB of memory. Yes, there are options on mac's site for refurbished stuff but I really didn't want that god-forsaken Big Sur OS. I needed Catalina and under. For what I paid and how it's working, this was legit. I think most people's complaints come from iphones and ipads. Let's hope this will work for me for the next couple of years or whenever Apple decides to accommodate developers better.

So..... I have been searching for a replacement Ipad Pro to replace one that was stolen. I saved up about $900 ...figured I'd just replace it with same one -- Ipad Pro 11" 64gb -- only with a little more storage and longer coverage. Kool. The DAY I go online to place my order, my mind said "Check online one more time". So I did. This site comes up I've NEVER heard of before -- Back Market. ? Due my due diligence. Check it out. Online scams come a dime a bitcoin. Story short.... STILL BLOWN AWAY that I purchased an Ipad Pro 2020 11" 256gb Wifi + cellular for $865! Right here on Back Market. I order product on March 5. It was at my home March 10. Open packaged. Some "good" condition it was, smh Maaaaan.... that ONE little scratch/abrasion in the bottom left cover is already covered up with a dope Ipad Cover I brought from Amazon! That's it?! One little scratch/abrasion .... for this type discount?! In PRISTINE CONDITION ...kid you not. Packaging was great with Ipad bubble-wrapped in appropriate sized box. Original cord AND block. $865?! EVERYWHERE else I looked after I pulled the "buy trigger" -- cause it was only ONE left -- the same Ipad Pro 11" 256gb wifi + cellular costs $1039 or better. Yeh you can get one with just Wifi for around $900ish, but wifi AND cellular for UNDER $900?..... I'm a web developer and content creator in BROOKLYN .... I got my eye on a few more things. I'll be back real soon. And NO! this ain't no a paid advertisement. Just a new Back Market "adoptive father" looking gently-used high-tech products ... for life! Wow. /Bklyn👑

This product was delivered exactly as advertised. The only blemish I can see on it is there's a slight nick in the topmost key on the keyboard. Other than that, it looks great. I've had it over a week, and so far, so good! It came very well packed and protected in a sturdy box and a heavy-duty, thick bubble sleeve. Oh, and did I mention that I ordered on a Thursday, and it arrived on Sunday? Much better timing than I expected. My husband has ordered products from BackMarket, and recommended the site. My coworkers and I, having been working at home as designers for the last 8 months, were all laid off from our jobs on the same day. We'd been employed for years, and suddenly were all going to be without equipment which we would need to freelance. Almost all of us ordered from BackMarket and were able to get almost new MacBook Pros for considerably less than we thought we would have to spend. I would highly recommend BackMarket.

I am really happy with the transaction. The phone this replaced was a 5s that was five or six years old so this is better in every way. Memory, camera, sensitivity, image quality. Some things are odd, like the glass in the screen is clearly softer than it used to be but I just got a nice case and protector to accommodate. Anyway none of the things I need to get used to are big issues and none are a problem with back market and the refurbisher. The selection was comprehensive, prices were honest, and the condition and shipping were outstanding. I didn’t care about getting a mint phone but that’s what I got. No sign of use. I got a TON for my money.

The computer is working perfect and was is great shape. No scratches or dings. I was super impressed with the packaging. They do an amazing job with making sure that it does not get damaged in the mail. And tracking was nice with the app for your phone. The only issue I'm having now is with the external monitor(it was working fine and then it just stop detecting and won't turn on)...but this could be an issue with the new OS 12.0.1 Monterey. So I've contacting remote support with this company and if they can't fix it over the phone I will use my warranty that I bought and send it in for diagnostics. But over all I got to say..I like this company and there business practices. I'd recomend them to my friends and family.

I thought this website was a fluke even after the reading the reviews, I was still sketched out. (Your girl got trust issues) But I took the risk because I was in need of a laptop for editing and school. So glad I did! The laptop came earlier than expected. I bought it in excellent condition which is pricier, I ain't got time with it acting up or having hella scratches on it. When it was delivered, it was like brand new. It came with the correct charger. Everything worked, no lags, no scratches, and battery %100 life. It was definitely worth it!

Looks great! Arrived quickly and with almost no noticeable scratches or marks - exactly as Back Market had described it.
