    Originally received a MacBook Air M1 2020 in Fair condition. Screen had the “stage light issue” so I sent it back. Got a replacement that looks literally nearly perfect and has an 88% battery health. I’m impressed! Backmarket was very helpful through all of this as well.

    So far this laptop is in the running for my favorite of all time. The condition was excellent. It was free of bloatware. Physically, it looks brand new. The battery was 80-85% of new (totally acceptable). And the performance has been stellar.

    I was not familiar with Back Market, so I was a little Leary at first. But, everything was handled and sent "as advertised" I wouldn't know the iPad wasn't new if I hadn't bought it that way. I found the trade in process a little confusing but it is in progress now. Great option.

    I cold not ask for a better laptop at this price. Compared to similar priced models of recent laptops, this is a far better option than any other. The laptop seems to be New Old Stock and didn't see any flaws or blemishes. Service was great and delivery was prompt.

    It works great! Very few micro scratches on the screen but with a glass screen protector, I can't even tell. No dings or scratches on the outer body. Charges fast and still holds a decent charge for around 5 hours when unplugged and streaming video or using drawing apps. Both cameras work just fine and are great quality, no scratches or wear on the lenses. Also it came with a long braided charging cable and a USBC brick. Shipped on time with no issues and was packaged very securely.
