Originally received a MacBook Air M1 2020 in Fair condition. Screen had the “stage light issue” so I sent it back. Got a replacement that looks literally nearly perfect and has an 88% battery health. I’m impressed! Backmarket was very helpful through all of this as well.

The Mac is in really good condition ( externally ). It came with a hard shell case & key board protector ( nice touch ). Unit itself provides the efficiency I need. Overall, another well placed order from Backmarket.

I had my doubts and thoughts of using black market but when I found some of the reviews from simply Mac I was scared because I only read the bad reviews.even though I chose for my product to come in excellent there were a scratch or two on the laptop I can live with it it looks stunning thank you so much simply Mac for allowing me to receive a case with my laptop.also hope you excel to the top and never decrease thank you so much! I’ve ordered from Backmarket before and while can say it wasn’t a perfect experience I got what I paid for at the time. It was a MacBook Pro 2017 and was ordered in 2021. It was listed as fair but shipped to me looking brand new. But right after a year the logic board went out. I was hesitant to do it again but I decided to give it another go. This time I chose a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. It was listed as excellent. I needed it quickly so I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon it came Friday evening. I guess that’s how 48hrs works in shipping. When it arrived it was packed very well. I thought I received the wrong one at first. It was black. Then I noticed it was in a protective case. I thought, ‘oh wow a free case’. Then I said wait let’s see if it’s covering something up. I took off the case to find a near perfect machine. There was one fine hairline scratch on the top of the MacBook. Other than that it was perfect. The keyboard even had this super soft keyboard protector. It’s not great for late night when you want to use the backlit keyboard but it’s still a great keyboard protector. It also came with an older Mac charger and a MagSafe wire. Luckily I had 96w Apple charger that’s almost brand new and it works great with the magsafe. This store out did itself. I’ve been running Logic Pro and testing its limits. This thing can cook. It’s the 10 core 16 gpu with 16gb of ram and 1tb storage. I haven’t heard a fan turn on once. It performs really well. I honestly wish I could have gotten more ram now. I’ve never mixed a full record at 256 on the buffer without getting a crash from my previous MacBook. Third party plugins use a lot of resources but it takes them like a champ. It’s made mixing so much more enjoyable. If you are on the fence about buying refurbished try the excellent variety. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Excellent product. Great price, so far everything works great, for a 3 year product and for being refurbished. I bought a refurbished iPad 5 in 2018 still going strong. Recommend seller.

The MacBook Pro (2021) 16.2-inch was delivered on time and as described.The unit came with a protective case & keyboard skin which I was pleasantly surprised about. I was glad to see that the screen is in excellent condition with no issues. The one item that gave me a concern was when opening the delivery box, I noticed that while the computer was very well protected, the power supply was apparently packed loose, and wedged in the corner of the box with the USB-C cord plugged in and bent over. I was relieved to find that supply & cord appear to be working fine. I would have told the refurbisher privately about this quality control issue if I could.

Ok so I have had my laptop for almost two weeks now, I wanted to wait at least a little bit before reviewing. I am typing this review from the computer and so far it is EXCELLENT. I previously had a MacBook Pro 2012 and I bought it used over ten years ago but over a local marketplace not a refurbished laptop so I was hesitant but I am aware of the tanks of a machine matchbook pros are so I decided to have a little faith. The computer is a beauty, such an upgrade from my 2012 version made it look ancient haha. I got the 2019 in space gray and I love how dark it is I love how sleek it is, I edit videos a lot and I am obsessed with the Touch Bar! The only mention I want to give is I did buy EXCELLENT condition and it had a handful of scratches I would say less than five, only visible when looking closely but I was kind of expecting perfect condition but honestly I don't mind now after having it a few days. The first scratch on any new device is the most painful so at least it will prevent me from having that experience. Overall extremely happy with my computer so far. Will absolutely be updating in a few months as I know how nerve racking big purchases like this can be and I want to share my experience for any prospective shoppers. (written august 12 2024)
