This MacBook Pro is amazing! The battery was completely new with full capacity, came with protective items and little to no scratches. Easily the best purchase I’ve made. The design is sleek and the set up was flawless. Highly recommend buying even in good condition. It was excellent for the price.

I had bought this MacBook Air in silver with 256 GB. The computer came with not only the adapter, but with the cord as well. as I continue to unpackage the device I found it came with a black hardshell case already on it and a keyboard protecter. It came in not the fair condition I payed for but at least the good standard if not almost the excellent tier. the ONLY NEGITIVE THING I can say about this computer is that the 5, 6, 7, t, y, and u keys don't really press down right (completely centered at the 6 key), but that maybe something a little cleaning can fix right up. really well packaged, can could again be mistaken as brand-new.

Originally received a MacBook Air M1 2020 in Fair condition. Screen had the “stage light issue” so I sent it back. Got a replacement that looks literally nearly perfect and has an 88% battery health. I’m impressed! Backmarket was very helpful through all of this as well.

Very happy with my new MacBook Pro! Arrived quickly in well-padded simple packaging. Came in a really nice protective case that I didn't order, so that's cool. Runs fast and smooth, can't wait to start video and music processing on the "new" M1 chip!

MacBook Air M1 2020 was exactly as described. Minor dent on corner that was not mentioned, hardly notice it (I'm OCD) but no one else will. I would order from them again, and recommend them to other buyers.
