    I decided to hold off on doing a review until a few months after i’ve been using the macbook. I STILL LOVE IT!!! I’ve had it since January of 2023 and i’m writing this in November of 2023. My macbook shockingly came with a case too!! It’s my first purchase on backmarket and I now tell all my friends about it! This isn’t a scam btw i’m a real person lmao!!!     First time buying refurbished and I couldn’t be happier. My Air was superbly packaged and even included a soft-touch protective case and keyboard protector. Everything looked and felt brand new, and I was delighted to power on the laptop to find a healthy battery and a system that’s been working like a dream since day one. Gold star experience from purchase to unboxing — will definitely come back here for my next Apple!

    I was worried about ordering a refurbished computer, but after some research and looking into the seller I took the plunge. I ordered condition "very good" and am beyond happy with what I got. I received exactly ordered and also got a computer cover and keyboard protector along with it! The computer was clean and felt like new. I am very happy with the purchase.

    Ive Had Bad Experiences buying refurbished in the past so I was taking a chance, but was I wrong. Love It, MacBook is perfect in every way. It Even Came With A Hard Shell Case which I wasn't expecting. There were some dings on the corners and some light scuffs, But when I put case on its not noticinble. Other That That I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase, will definitely be purchasing from backmarket again.

    The quality of the purchase is amazing. Refurbished devices at this kind of quality, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The delivery was super fast (Ordered on a Tue i think, ETA of delivery was supposed to be friday, got here thursday. And the quality of the packaging is stellar (i kept the high-grade plastic air-bubble-thing because it's so useful for transporting other fragile devices! 11/10, will buy from here again.

    This was my first purchase on Back Market, and I could not be happier! What an awesome idea to be able to purchase a used but in “Excellent” condition Macbook Pro for half the cost of when it was new.     I had planned on buying the 2019 MacBook Pro 16" in excellent condition, but there were none left. I begrudgingly ordered one in good condition. Lordy, was I surprised when it arrived 2 days earlier than expected! And it was in pristine condition. Not a scratch or blemish that I could find. And outfitted with a hard case and keyboard protector! Way more than I ever expected. You guys truly rock.

    I got a MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Bar the MacBook is nice I don’t know how to feel about it I just received it yesterday I’ll be giving another update the scratches and dents on the corner are not bad I just kinda don’t like how they tried to hide the mess ups like the MacBook already came with a case to cover the scratches I guess and the keyboard came with a keyboard case already on it I guess to cover the lift keys … but for what I paid for and the condition I bought it I know what to except overall I love the MacBook thank you ! I just need some to to complete my courses so this a good start up computer for now it kinda gets warm fast but overall it’s nice no glitching or anything interally wrong with it as of right now
