I received my iPhone 12 mini within 4 days of ordering. The condition could have been excellent, it looked that good. I ordered one in good condition, so I was, and wasn't surprised. Because my last iPhone 8 I ordered was also better than condition I ordered. Pretty happy the battery was @83%. My battery lasts all day, which includes @ 2 hours of you-tube videos. So, yes, I'm just as happy as the last time. Great company to deal with. Great prices, and solid devices. Love the new phone, and the ease of shopping with Backmarket. Too bad I have to put a cover on it! Lol When it comes time to shop for a new to me MacBook, I'll be back

Currently writing this review on the green iphone 12 and yall i cannot stop gassing this phone up..battery health is 86% which is good, i got the phone in good condition and there were absolutely no scratches or anything and the phone came with a screen protector!!! I love this so much you dont even know. Yes i was really skeptical but back market is seemingly an amazing app and i will use it more often.

I was happy to see that the camera was delivered in the original packaging. I took it from that packaging and hooked it up easily to my other cameras. It worked like it should and I am very pleased with you prices and the extraordinary reconditioned items you have to select from. Thank you

When it comes to buying the phone here, it was great. Phone was in perfect condition, battery even came at 100% health. Great experience. My only gripes are with the phone pricing and the quirks from apple but that’s unrelated to backmarket or the seller.

I just got my iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB from Back Market, sold by SPRY, and I couldn't be happier! The phone is everything I hoped for and more. I ordered it in Good condition, but honestly, it looks brand new—any scratches are barely noticeable, if at all. FedEx delivered it quickly to my U.S. address, and I was updated every step of the way. From there, I had it forwarded to Kenya, and everything went smoothly. If you're thinking about buying from Back Market or SPRY, do it—you can feel totally confident. I’m beyond impressed with the quality and service. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, guys! Love it!

Best ear buds ever. It broke my heart when I saw Jaybird got bought by Logitech and no longer is producing the Vista 2, I was very happy to see back market had a pair for sale. These are all I ever need.

it works perfectly and is in even better condition than I expected! The charger did not come with the box, only cable and it is average quality. Not a big deal for me, I will just buy a charger directly from apple. I would definitely use back market again

It came in good condition and works pretty well. Paired with my iPhone right away no noticeable problems!

Walmart sells this thing for $700 new. I got one… in the color I wanted (gold but a slight pink which I love), and the only, yet barely noticeable, cosmetic issue? A slight dent in the upper right corner of the screen, which doesn’t affect the display at all and not even noticeable at all… for about $250 less, with tax too… from here. (The Walmart price doesn’t include tax.) It runs the current version of macOS (currently 14.5.1 Sonoma) awesomely and the RAM and GPU is pretty awesome. I rendered a video in Kdenlive for macOS on Apple Silicon and a 25-minute video rendered in about seven minutes, 24fps 1080p H264, with some minor edits. I am satisfied with mine.
