    I received the iPad in the original box, which I honestly was not expecting at all. All of the pull tabs and screen coverings were already removed, but that was completely expected for a refurbished device. What really impressed me was that all brand new original accessories were included, and there is still a 6 month warranty active. Battery life is in top shape and performs like new. There is a small dent on the back, but it is barely noticeable and does not show up in photos at all. You can only see it if you hold it in the light at a very specific angle, so it does not affect the look or use whatsoever. The camera quality alone made this upgrade worth it. FaceTime calls with my grandma are noticeably clearer compared to my 9th gen iPad, which was my main reason for upgrading. I did expect this model to be larger, but it is actually the same size, and that ended up being totally fine with me. Overall, this purchase exceeded my expectations. I am forever shopping Back Market for my electronics. Truly a best kept secret.

    Better quality than I was expecting with timely shipping. The website's UI for reading what kind of specs each device comes with could use some fine-tuning for functionality on being able to easily read the needed info, but no moreso than any other tech shopping platform. Being able to jump from an A7 Lite to an A9+ when a repair shop told me it'd be more cost effective to replace my old tablet entirely than to get it fixed was something I hadn't considered being in my budget when I started researching. By going through BackMarket I was able to get the specs I need for being able to comfortably do some work on the go without trashing my budget while also being able to help reduce e-waste.

    the watch is great, my issue is with the band and the charger. i’m not sure if the band is authentic. the magnet has fallen apart and fabrics get snagged on the side of the band all the time. and as for the charger it’s very cheap and super slow charging, i would’ve rather had a lower base price and no charger lol

    Sometimes theres a little lag (only the sound, about five or so seconds ahead) when I send the sound to my MacBook, but literally everything else is perfect and that issue could be on my end. Glad I bought this, it makes grad school, and life, much easier. Having cursor control across my MacBook, iPad and the television was such a game changer.

    WOW! Works really well I upgraded from the og Google pixel watch and didn't realize how many improvements they were. New watch came in factory box, extra band size not included, but charger was. watch has absolutely no scratches or scuffs whatsoever and works really well. Still charges super fast battery seems okay from what I have seen so far. All buttons work.

    The speaker itself is perfect. But I thought at first it wouldn’t work cause it would turn off all the time. Turns out it was cause of the box, and not the actual speakers fault. So if you are having that problem, change the box completely.

    Shipped very quickly, came in an original Apple box (which was a nice touch), and the band was clean and seemingly new. No scratches or dents as far as I can see. Only con was that it took ages to update, but that’s more on Apple. Very happy with my purchase!

    Great condition, works great! Not sure if its the charger that came with it, or just the way Apple Watch chargers function - but the magnet isn't very strong. So you have to put it down, leave it, and don't move it. It came in an Apple Watch box, and no scratches or problems with it. Been using it several weeks now, still no problems.
