Tablet was delivered quickly, but as soon as I opened it up from the packaging, I immediately knew I got a store display unit. It's condition as flawless, only a small minor scratch on the screen that you had to hunt for in a glare. It powered up no problem, but it had prior IT hardware permanently installed onto it and inhibited me from using the unit fully. I performed a factory reset, and contacted the advised IT company, and was informed it had been unlocked, but I was unable to hard reset the unit, so I returned it and bought a new S9. TLDR: Excellent unit, but was limited from prior IT store display hardware and was unable to free it / uninstall hardware.

I was shopping for an unlocked device. The device is a Verizon device that I believe is unlocked, but will never truly be free from the Verizon apps or firmware. I wish that were more clear in the item description. If a shopper is looking for "unlocked" then the item should be noted as "fully unlocked" or not branded to any carrier. Otherwise it should be listed as previously tied to a carrier. Shipping was a nightmare, due to errors with FedEx. They shipped it south by mistake and it was stuck at a facility unable to be delivered for another day or two. I drove almost 2 hours and just picked it up there.
