I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

I’m so happy with my 13 mini. When I tried to verify the battery, it wouldn’t recognize it as a certified Apple battery, but I imagine it was replaced because that’s kinda what these folks do, right? That said, the battery life is better than I expected, going by other reviews of some refurbished iPhones. I’ve had no other issues so far after almost a month of use. Aside, for those considering, this would be a perfect phone for a kid - the size is indeed mini! If watching videos is important to you, don’t get the mini model — but if you’re a woman who understands the phone in pocket dilemma, this solves that problem! :)

I ordered the IPHONE 12 mini for my son in Excellent condition. First time ordering a refurbished phone. And it’s working great it looked like a brand new phone no scratches or marks whatsoever. I will definitely be ordering again. Great prices!!

I decided to purchase a refurbished phone for my girlfriend, and thought this would be the best option for her. Turns out, she was very pleased and even thought it was brand new! I chose the condition under diamond as it was the most cost effective. Shipping took 2-3 days, the phone was wrapped well in the box, and looked pristine. Battery healthy was nearly 90%, and the screen along with everything was fully functional. Being unlocked and having a warranty was very Important to me, so I’m happy that was an option. Great deal on the Blue 14 Plus iPhone 128GB. As impressed as I was, I will be using them for my next personal phone instead of going directly to Apple. Couldn’t be happier!

I am very happy with the quality of the refurbished iphone 14 pro I got. And the case and screen protectors are wonderful! First time purchasing a refurbished phone and will definitely be doing so again from here on out!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!

Re: Apple Watch Ultra 2 (2023) GPS + Cellular 49 mm Titanium Natural Titanium -Ocean band Blue. This item was refurbished and received in excellent condition/very pleased. Item arrived in a timely manner and well packaged/no damage. I prefer to wear my watch of my left wrist and found to band to be a tight fit, however, my right is smaller, and the fit is perfect on my right wrist. Any future electronics needs...I'll do it with Back Market!!

I ordered an iPhone 14 in Good condition. It worked well for several months but then had a camera failure. Back market made it easy to return to seller and I received full refund. I bought another used iPhone 14 and it has been working very well for the last month and looks to be in excellent condition.

We successfully moved the data from the old phone to the "new" iPhone 12. It was seamless. The product is exactly as advertised - excellent condition. We hope to never buy a NEW phone again. We will definitely do business with BackMarket again!
