Switching over to the iPhone 16 was great! It was really easy to switch from an older iPhone to the iPhone 16 with the eSIM because I didn't have to "open up" my phone and re-install my SIM or bother with changing to a nano-SIM card.

I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

The phone wasin pristine condition with 100% battery life. I had previously ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 from Amazon which came with dings and scratches and only 80% battery life and had some kind of software error which did not allow for the esim to be activated. I am very pleased with my purchase from back market and will refer you to friends and family.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! this phone exceeds its expectations, especially with me having to been brought the phone in good condition, the battery health is at 85% but it does me just fine compared to coming from a 12

I’m so happy with my 13 mini. When I tried to verify the battery, it wouldn’t recognize it as a certified Apple battery, but I imagine it was replaced because that’s kinda what these folks do, right? That said, the battery life is better than I expected, going by other reviews of some refurbished iPhones. I’ve had no other issues so far after almost a month of use. Aside, for those considering, this would be a perfect phone for a kid - the size is indeed mini! If watching videos is important to you, don’t get the mini model — but if you’re a woman who understands the phone in pocket dilemma, this solves that problem! :)

I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!
