    Purchased a good condition watch. What does that mean? Two relatively minor scratches and battery health at 91%. For the savings of buying used, I can live with it. I'm very happy with my purchase and will shop here again for my next Apple product.

    The watch was great literally nothing wrong with it! The customer service through back market and with the protection plan was great very helpful! Although, I wasn’t able to get my watch returned (sent back due to it not being updated properly) I was given a complete refund which helped me to buy a different one from somewhere else that was in my price range (this watch in this exact condition) went up almost $50-$60! I do however recommend them because my sister ordered the same exact watch at the same exand it was perfect it worked just fine!

    The watch itself looked nice. But the battery health on the watch itself said it was at 76% and said it needed to be replaced. I contacted the seller through Back Market and they ignored me for 5 days until I hit the SOS button. Suddenly they reached out and said they would refund me. I said I liked the watch, just wanted the battery replaced. They sent a return tag, I sent it off that day. The address they listed wasn't able to receive the package on a Saturday and they didn't get the package until Tuesday... They gave me a refund instead of trying to replace a battery.. I spend 2 weeks trying to get in touch with them and asking for the battery replaced. Thats part of refurbishing a watch. Only for them to not talk to me at all and take it back. Poor customer service all around

    I ordered excellent which was supposed to come with no or very faint scratches, but instead the. The watch I received was covered in scratches all over and some were pretty deep. Quite disappointing considering the other reviews I had seen and the quality I ordered.
