Fast delivery! The iPhone XR looks good , works great and the best is it has a new battery installed! This is our 5th refurbished BackMarket product we purchased in the last 3 years and all went well. (iMacs, MacBooks and iPhones)

I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. Thank you very much, I will always be buying here at backmarket, you left me amazed and delighted with the quality of the services and products, this seller has 1000 million stars and left me very amazed. thanks

I am very pleased with my iPhone 12 that I received in a timely and reassuring manner (updates and tracking numbers sent). There are other avenues I have used in the past and I will say that this is the most professional company that I have worked with in terms of communication and customer service. I ordered a phone in "good" condition and I only saw minor cosmetic scratches on the frame of the phone and the screen is fine. What I was most concerned with in buying a refurbished phone was the battery life. I charged it overnight and left it while I was at work disconnected, and still have 80+%. Two weeks later, it still runs that way retaining battery life. Very pleased with this company (and don't know anyone who works there or works there myself).

My refurbished iphone 13 is perfect. Exactly as promised. And Back Market has been so helpful, with clear instruction on every step of process—delivery, setting up the new phone, and trading-in the old one. Definitely will be coming back when we next need a phone or laptop.

The iPhone 12 Pro, I ordered arrived on time as promised. It functioned and looked perfect. But with a notification from Settings that the display and camera were not genuine Apple parts. I guess because it is refurbished but I thought they use Apple parts for refurbishing. Apparently not always. As of yet all wroks perfectly. So no real complaint there though genuine Apple parts would have made it more "genuine"

I have made several purchases with Back Market and have never been disappointed. I usually spend the extra and get a phone in excellent shape. I recently purchased an iphone 11 Pro, and went with the "good" quality not knowing what to expect. After reading several reviews from the seller, I must admit I was a little worried about the quality and parts used to refurbish the iphone, as well as the care taken to ship the item. I received the phone 2 days after ordering, so the shipping was fast and on time. The phone came packaged very well. Upon opening the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the phone was in excellent condition, I could not find a scratch on any of the surfaces of the phone, it basically looked brand new. My next concern was the battery, and again, found that the battery life was at 100% so I basically got a phone in excellent condition, with a new battery, for a great price! I have used the phone over the weekend with no issues. Another great experience!

bought this iPhone 7 plus as a secondary phone didn't expect much but I'm glad to say it came with a new battery and was delivered a day ahead of schedule 🫡

Hi! We have a refurbished iPhone 11. I think the screen may have been replaced...NBD, but the date and time that appears when the phone is first 'woken up" is yellow instead of white. Other than that we have had zero issues! Great deal for the price!! And thanks for the follow up email. Very Cool!

The phone came in clean and in good condition , there are little scratches but it really that noticeable. Very satisfied with my purchase. I love refurbished electronics from back market. Great service overall. Very satisf

My experience with BackMarket was excellent. Phone arrived timely and in perfect condition. I purchased a Google Pixel 5, and my only issue is one with the phone speaker design itself. Fortunately, if the poor speaker design bothers me to the point where I decide I'd rather have another phone, I can sell this phone back and buy something else for very little.
