For being a refurbished device for what the cost was for is worth it when you need something on a budget with features like the pencil and a sweet display size tbh and it’s still running updates on the current iPadOS which is iPadOS 17.1 with running betas too! Also I have been using this iPad for around 3 days bringing it to school and immediately multitasking feels easier to take notes and having that 10.2 display works perfectly for it !

Shipping time was what was expected for an order put in on a holiday weekend, came well packed. Screen had a few minor scratches but were barely noticeable, and it's been a really nice upgrade from my A11. Overall a good experiance!

I absolutely love this phone it does what it needs to and so much more....it came in better condition than I expected which was a bonus....thank-you...it was defintly a smart choice......

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased my Samsung A54 smartphone but I had heard good things about Back Market so I hoped for the best. The process was super easy and my new to me phone arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the email instructions on how to get the phone up and connected to my provider and I was able to do so easily. I love my phone and I love Back Market! 5 out of 5 stars.

This phone does not work on the VISIBLE network. It says it's unlocked, everyone agrees that it is unlocked, but it only stays connected to the network for about 50 seconds before it is locked out of the network. We spent too many hours on the phone with technical support on all sides before giving up and returning it. Which is another process.

"Upgraded" from a A32 moving the fingerprint sensor to the screen is a huge mistake. The sensor on the side button was money, 100%. The screen sensor might work 10% of the time. Very dissatisfied with the phone. I've tried all of the "fixes", none of them worked

Excellent experience - I had actually tried 3 used versions of the same model through Amazon and each time had significant issues with the phone I received but Back Market's A42 5G has been great!

The device looked brand new and even came with the original charger and earbuds. The only issue was that they said it was unlocked but it was a T-Mobile locked phone. Otherwise and amazing person.

I am very happy to receive this phone on time with a good condition as expected. It is working perfectly and looks so nice. I will buy more and recommend it to everyone who need a smart phone with a reasonable price.

Not Back Markets fault but this phone is a piece of crap. So slow, locks up closes apps randomly and restarts when ever it wants. This was a cheap phone to get me through until i can order the Fold 7. I may be ordering the fold 6 and hoping i get a good trade in down the road
