    I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased my Samsung A54 smartphone but I had heard good things about Back Market so I hoped for the best. The process was super easy and my new to me phone arrived in perfect condition. I appreciated the email instructions on how to get the phone up and connected to my provider and I was able to do so easily. I love my phone and I love Back Market! 5 out of 5 stars.

    Was not able to track phone because I did not make an account. I didn’t realize customer service was only accessible via an account. Phone delivery tracking happened but it was 2 emails on the day it delivered. Phone arrived in good condition. Battery has a long life so far. We are happy with this purchase.

    At first view the MacBook is well, but I ordered a MacBook W 16gb Ram , and came w 8 gb , it’s ok I can request a refund o change the equipment, but that take time , money ain’t important time yes, tho next time anyway is better double check before send a order.
