Device is as advertised and have not had any issues. I was apprehensive about ordering a refurbished phone but so far I'm glad I did. Will definitely consider ordering refurbished phone from this website before purchasing a new one.

This case is good material, easy to install, and protects as advertised. But..it is so smooth and slick that I couldn't get good grip on it. Therefore, I chose to order the Back Market case with the black wave which is more easy to grip.

This was the third purchase from Back Market and the only one that did not please me. The phone had not been reset to the default settings and I could not access the settings to be able to set up the phone. With the help of a wonderful tech support person from Apple we finally after an hour figured out what the problem was and solved it. The phone is working just fine now and I learned a few more tricks about living with electronics which I guess is a good thing! One final note the case and protective screen are great!

Better than anticipated but was not surprised since I have purchased other products from you in the past. You have not disappointed me yet!! Thank you much for your outstanding products and superb service.

The phone arrived on time & in pretty perfect condition - 2 weeks in & no issues whatsoever! I was really needing to upgrade my camera & this quality is a big step up for me, even with replacement parts. Even the battery life will last me all day on a busy day, 10/10 would purchase again!

The arrival was sooner than was expected and am grateful for that in my postal box. Reside in a 12 story, 242 unit building where theft is prevalent. Here’s to an already successful relationship over the years. I check this app first for all my electronic needs. Not disappointed.

The customer service was great however the actual quality of the case and screen protector aren’t. The case seems to be melting on my phone and the screen protector scratches and cracks easily. I would recommend getting a screen protector and case elsewhere, but I would buy from here again

It’s just what i needed and so glad it was offered when I ordered the macbook because my last macbook was destroyed by moisture condensation after owning it for only six months. The sleeve helps me protect my current macbook from getting damaged by condensation moisture living here near the Pacific coast there is much more moisture in the air!

The protective case is of value, but would be much better if it had more cushioning. Should prevent any damage to phone if phone is dropped onto concrete from 5 feet impacting in any orientation. I had one from case-Mate that did just that for my iPhone 7.

It takes some learning to have a new model, but I like my new I Phone. I had to involve my carrier (Consumer Cellular) but with a little help set up ws e4asy and all my old data is now on my new phone. Great Value!
