I love my Moto Razr. A little learning curve getting it set up, but that's on me. It's a nice change from my much older Moto and I enjoy a lot of the new features. Thanks to Back Market for offering used/refurbished products that are affordable and reliable. I will recommend them to all of my friends for their electronic needs.

Back market gave me the best service that anyonecouldaskfor. The razr came looking like brand new and it came 2 days earlier than expected. I must be honest I was worried because it is reconditioned, but all that doubt and worries went away when I opened the box and surprised my wife. Thank you back market.

2nd tablet I bought from them... 1st ipad I bought for my son.. was also in perfect condition.. this one I purchased for myself.... this tablet was in great condition... no problems at all came super quick as well overall happy with my purchase.

I received the MacBook sooner than originally expected and it was in good condition, although I paid for fair. The only thing I will say is that the ports were dirty as if they had never been cleaned. I cleaned them, no big deal. I would order from this seller again. I bought a pink case and keyboard to cover for aesthetic reasons, not because there was much visible damage.

I purchased the Google Pixel 8 Pro because I was fed up with issues with the Samsung devices I have had. I previously had Motorola devices and thought Samsung was an upgrade. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Pixel 8 was a huge upgrade and transferring apps and such was nearly effortless. In addition Back Market has the absolute best deals on phones. This was my third purchase through Back Market. I couldn't be more pleased.

Phone works great and came clean and in good condition. 7$ for a 2 year warranty is insane. i will never again make the mistake of buying a refurbished phone without warranty after the pixel 6 pro I got on amazon bricked itself in 3 months and left me boned

Disappointed. The pixel 9 feels like a downgrade from the Samsung S9+. Significantly heats up during moderate use like gps or gaming, frequent disconnection from Android auto, closing background apps when switching between apps. The pixel 9 is a poor choice.

I just wanted a tablet that could handle an external keyboard and a word processor app. I have gotten exactly that, and for a good 50% less than I would have if I'd gotten it new. For what I've been using it for, it's been indistinguishable from a brand new tablet, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Someone who wants to do something more heavy duty with their tablet may have a different experience.

This is my second wonderful experience with BackMarket!! My Apple Watch (series 2) 2022 came in excellent condition, just as described. It works beautifully with no issues. I got the excellent variant from back market, honestly I'm impressed with it so much I want to write this review! The front glass, there were a couple tiny scratches near the hole punch camera but the inside screen? virtually exceptional. The side housing? I thought I saw one mark but it would go extremely unnoticed. The hinge? Brand new!. You would never see this type of quality from ebay or mostly Amazon. I feel like I trust back market to provide quality devices whenever Im in need. Thank you!
