I received the MacBook sooner than originally expected and it was in good condition, although I paid for fair. The only thing I will say is that the ports were dirty as if they had never been cleaned. I cleaned them, no big deal. I would order from this seller again. I bought a pink case and keyboard to cover for aesthetic reasons, not because there was much visible damage.

I purchased the Google Pixel 8 Pro because I was fed up with issues with the Samsung devices I have had. I previously had Motorola devices and thought Samsung was an upgrade. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Pixel 8 was a huge upgrade and transferring apps and such was nearly effortless. In addition Back Market has the absolute best deals on phones. This was my third purchase through Back Market. I couldn't be more pleased.

This is my second wonderful experience with BackMarket!! My Apple Watch (series 2) 2022 came in excellent condition, just as described. It works beautifully with no issues. Easy to set up, awesome battery life. Thank you to a company for creating a reliable place consumers can buy refurbished items at a reasonable price. I am sure I will be back for future purchases as the needs arise!

Absolutely love my laptop. It works perfectly, the letter E is worn out but nothing to cry about, also has one scratch which isn’t a big issue but I love my purchase, came with original apple charger and packaging was very good

I want to love everything about my new computer. I do like it a lot. The only major bummer is the right side shift doesn't work and I'm right handed. I was surprised that it was allowed to be shipped with that issue. I'm not sure how to proceed to get it fixed, but I certainly don't want to spend any money fixing my new (used) computer. I don't know if I would purchase another piece of equipment from Back Market. But I like the idea.

Disappointed. The pixel 9 feels like a downgrade from the Samsung S9+. Significantly heats up during moderate use like gps or gaming, frequent disconnection from Android auto, closing background apps when switching between apps. The pixel 9 is a poor choice.

I am not a techy person and only have a cell phone because it is required to live in the real world today. My old one was at death's door. I needed more memory and wanted a better camera. With the help of some techy younger relatives I chose a Google Pixel 7. Ordering from Back Market was straightforward and simple. The phone arrived in pristine condition within a couple of days, looking like a brand new phone. With help (a lot of it) I got the data transferred from my old phone and was up and running. The battery life is great, the phone is so much faster than my old one and the camera is excellent. I am very pleased with my purchase but will probably use about 1% of the features on this phone. But nice to know it has the ability to do more. And I paid about half of what the phone would cost new. Thank you, Back Market!

MacBook Pro (2021) 14.2-inch - Apple M1 Pro arrived in perfect condition. I ordered excellent quality and looks brand new. Wasn't packed especially well or anything but the machine is perfect. They did send the wrong charger... a USBC versus the magsafe which is what this machine calls for... but backmarket issued me a credit so I just bought my own. Definitely impressed overall.

honestly, wonderful phone. The only little thing I've noticed is my own apprehension to fold the phone, and that my VPN likes disconnecting, whereas on previous devices I did not have that issue. The vegan leather backing material is also very convenient, as it has just enough grip to be comfortable without a case on this.
