I purchased a Google pixel 7 pro, good condition. It arrived on time, packaged well, and condition was extremely good. Minor scuffing on the plate surrounding the lenses, but otherwise perfect. Battery life has been excellent. I purchased this for my 17 years old son and he's very pleased.

I waited to do this review for one reason. Every phone needs to have a short term review after being bought from a refurbished place. Honestly I was surprised how perfect the phone was. No scratches or dents and not even one finger print. Phone worked perfectly. I am really happy with the price and the protection plan it comes with and the extension plans. I bought the great or best condition option.

The new phone arrived in good shape. No marks on the front or back. All functions work. Payment for my trade in arrived five days after the it was delivered. No issues to date.

Great phone! Holds up really well with today's software, feels nice in the hands, and has more quality of life changes than my old Samsung S10 did. Still going to take some getting used to but so far it has not disappointed!

phone was in great cosmetic condition except two small particularly deep scratches on the screen which aren't that noticeable most of the time. (ordered good condition phone) There were a bunch of stray hairs on the phone but everything is working well. Touchscreen is quite sensitive (sometimes registers lifting your finger as a movement across screen) but seeing as the display looks oem it's most likely a software issue (I have seen others online with a similar issue on the 7s).

Quite happy with this phone. Great price for a phone that I couldn't even tell me was refurbished. A definite upgrade as far as photo quality goes. I love the sleek design and the overall format of the phone. It's very easy to use, I got the hang of it quickly. There were a couple things I noticed though... The fingerprint scanner is a bit finicky sometimes, even a slight bit of water or residue will hinder it. I was aware of this from other reviews before purchasing it so it's not like I was surprised. The other thing is that the phone does not have a place for an aux, which was my fault for not catching when researching but it is more inconvenient to hook my phone up to my car now. All that aside I am very happy with the phone and would recommend it.

I've purchased phones from Black Market before. One purchae had to be returned because of defective phone. Return process was the easiest that I've every experienced and that is the reasor I am a return customer.

I love this phone! The fingerprint sensor on the back is very nice. After about 1 year, the sound stopped working on my phone. Couldn't make phone calls or hear audio. I did a lot of digging on reddit, and found that it's a common issue. You have to restart the phone while putting pressure on the back, top, and bottom, which seals a crack in some chip that makes the sound work again. It's kind of annoying, but you can make it work. As long as the phone doesn't get to 0% and die, the issue doesn't happen too often. Not sure what causes the crack, probably dropping it a few times.

I love the products available at Black Market. I loved my Google Pixel 5. This recent purchase is a Google Pixel 6. The apps are working fine. I am concerned about the battery life which does not last a full day when fully charged. Still looking for solutions after following all the help suggestions recommended by Back Market's online support articles.
