Amazing Experience with OnePlus – Worth Every Penny! I recently bought a OnePlus 8T refurbished mobile, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. From sleek design to top-notch performance, this phone delivers a premium experience at a great price. The phone is much better than I expected.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

Shipped fast and works great! I ordered two different phones from the same seller and the quality on both was great. the OnePlus 8 128G I ordered was the wrong color (was supposed to be green but ended up being the Interstellar Glow color they have) but I'm not even mad I like the color I got way more.

Ordered the worst condition available(fair) and couldn't tell it wasn't new aside from one or two almost invisible nicks on the metal frame. Highly recommend buying refurbished even if you want something high profile, the price and eco friendliness are rewarding enough not to mention the quality.

The set up instructions provided by Back Market were not useful. Advise phone recipients to download and use any one of the numerous free data transfer and set-up apps instead of trying to follow the instructions provided by Back Market. Otherwise, phone seems to be in excellent working order, battery is holding a charge as it should, USB-C port feels secure and unworn, and the phone looks flawless. It was also helpful (perhaps this is normal in 2025) to receive a charge cord with two male USB-C fittings to allow data transfer by wire between old and new phones in lieu of using WIFI (much faster and much more secure). Time will tell if buying refurbished was a good choice or not, but initially everything seems excellent.

The phone is higher quality than I expected considering I ordered in the “fair” range. Shipping was fast and packaging was nice and secure.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked I bought here is as described and in great condition upon arrival. I activated this phone the same day of receiving it; and I used my own Apple Lightening (connecting to iPhone 14 Pro Max) to USB-C (connecting to this Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked phone) cable to transfer (Pixel's built-in migration option) about 90% of iPhone's data/settings (per transferring screen's status) to this Pixel phone. The phone's battery can be charged to 100% capacity. I use, without any issues, this Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold 256GB - Beige - Unlocked phone's physical Nano SIM card slot for my existing GSM Mobile service, and the eSIM option for my existing LTE data service. I was able to to use this new phone for my daily phone uses within 3 days.

My first time buying a pre-owned phone, and I'm glad I went with backmarket! Flawless screen, great price, body was barely blemished. Phone was as described, no bs. I take very good care of my electronics. My Nord N10 5G last me 4yrs, this OnePlus 12 will do the same!
