This is the 3rd time I've purchased a refurbished phone from backmarket. I am absolutely a loyal customer and fan now so much so that I have recommended this site to everyone I know who's in the market for a new phone tablet ect. I love my s25 and have had no problems and the trade in program rocks! I love it!

I like BackMarket. Buying refurbished, for me, is great! Great for the environment, costs less than new, a refurbished product is brought up to the same specs as when it was new, and it keeps people employed. Aside from that, This isn't my first purchase from BackMarket...and it won't be my last. Love you folks.

So far no problems. No issues with the screen, the battery charges and holds the charger for a reasonable time, and was able to insert and connect to Spectrum once they turned it on, on their side. It's for my Father, who is technically disinclined, so as long as the phone works, and the hearing aid app that he got it for, he should be happy. Or at least as happy as he can be with having a smart phone. ;o)

the phone came packaged really well. It was easy to get it set up and all the apps needed inatalled. The only issue I've had is for some reason I cannot get the Bluetooth to work. When I turn it on it just spins and never turns on.

While the watch was in perfect condition they sent a white band and not the blue one that I paid for. Because of this I had to order a different band and wait for its arrival so I could wear the watch. This also reduces anything saved by using Back Market!

The xBox itself was in great condition and is working perfectly. I will say that the controller that came with was used and was not in great condition, and the left stick of the controller has a good bit of forward drift even when not being engaged.

I like everything about it. I wish I had an owners manual. the screen is not very responsive to my fingertips. I have to use a stylus sometimes. The keyboard is small. I make many mistakes because I have big fingers.

Backmarket has exceeded my expectations by far. I am an extremely happy customer who will be returning for more of my electronic needs. I also will be referring people. Amazing company with great product for an awesome price.

well the controllers great i mean it works fine just that i didn’t get the d-pad like the one in the photo or the black and white controller i mean if yall didn’t have it just post the all black one and at lesstttt give me da d-pad i want 🙂‍↕️but other then those 2 things the controllers amazing
