    I like BackMarket. Buying refurbished, for me, is great! Great for the environment, costs less than new, a refurbished product is brought up to the same specs as when it was new, and it keeps people employed. Aside from that, This isn't my first purchase from BackMarket...and it won't be my last. Love you folks.

    I really needed a new phone as my old iPhone was getting hard to hear out of. I recently purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and a little disappointed. The Midnight Green color is really nice! However, upon typing the phone is really delayed. You almost have to double tap. I’m still getting to know the phone but for now, the slowness is the only thing I can find wrong. You get what you pay for!

    This is the third IPhone I purchased from your site. I decided on a Fair Condition phone just to see what condition it would be in and how functional it would be. I cannot tell the difference between Fair and Good. Both look and operate perfectly. This was a great purchase. Excellent packaging and excellent shipping time. Thanks again.

    The condition of the physical phone was very good. That said, the battery health was not what I would categorize at excellent. I’m a little disappointed in that. I purchased to 2 phones in “excellent” condition, but the battery health on both was not good.

    Exellent quality and condition. Only issue is something of a quick battery, comparing to the iPhone 11 or other Androids I’ve had. Otherwise, very responsive so far and without any significant scratches.

    This was my second S10e from BackMarket and the last seller was great. This seller also came through and made me very happy. My last S10e cracked so instead of getting Prism Black again I chose Prism White and the phone looks brand new besides some specks on the back. I would definitely chose Prism White as the reflection gives this nice rose gold hue, whereas the Prism Black has a navy blue reflection. Awesome marketplace and awesome phone.

    I ordered this for my 10 year old . The phone came in just 4 days I’m guessing that was just due to weekend 😊😊 I’ve been a customer since 2020 every time I’m ready to upgrade I’m coming here first no need to compare .     Paid extra for speedy delivery. Received phone on time. Spent 8 hours transferring data. Started to see an error about SIM card not installed. Set the phone on the counter SIM card with disengaged and never attach the network again. Attempted to get the esim to work. Spent 4 hours with Verizon to do that. Not effective. we'll have to return this phone as damaged on delivery. What is really upsetting me now is that I spent 12 hours of my time, spend extra money to get the phone here quickly, and now have to go through a return process. Well I would understand that a damaged phone does require a return. Backmarket is not taking into consideration my needs and my time spent to figure out a phone that in fact was not functioning properly. It doesn't seem to be any retribution on that part. Nor does it seem that back market is interested in making up for that by getting me a phone quickly. Instead I have to send this phone back to determine whether it should be a repair or a replacement. This could take multiple days if not a week or more and yet I wanted the phone quickly to keep my life in order. Lastly I have to spend all this time to try and get this communicated to somebody in back ...
