Love my device. Shipped quickly and was in perfect shape. No issues. Love buying from backmarket! Be aware- the watch band is not the apple version, but a flimsier duplicate. Not a problem but something buyers should expect.

It came super quick, I love the cheap price and how it’s great for the quality of the phone! I got this phone for my dad and the audio quality is pretty good, I can call and text him as usual once I put a sim card in, and it’s not super slow or anything. It does lag sometimes but I cleared up the storage to help. I will be shopping with backmarket more often!

So far no problems. No issues with the screen, the battery charges and holds the charger for a reasonable time, and was able to insert and connect to Spectrum once they turned it on, on their side. It's for my Father, who is technically disinclined, so as long as the phone works, and the hearing aid app that he got it for, he should be happy. Or at least as happy as he can be with having a smart phone. ;o)

I've made many purchases with BackMarket, and I have received nothing short of great quality everytime! I bought this Macbook as a programmer and music producer on a tight budget going back to school. Condition was better than expected as always. Coming from the M4 which I had to return, the Intel macbook does indeed run hot and has a noticeable decrease in battery life only after 300 cycles. But once upgraded to macOS 26 and I got a few apps, it still runs faster than any Windows computer I've ever had. Definitely a great buy if you're on an extremely tight budget. Thanks BackMarket!!

I love it .

the phone came packaged really well. It was easy to get it set up and all the apps needed inatalled. The only issue I've had is for some reason I cannot get the Bluetooth to work. When I turn it on it just spins and never turns on.
