This is the 3rd time I've purchased a refurbished phone from backmarket. I am absolutely a loyal customer and fan now so much so that I have recommended this site to everyone I know who's in the market for a new phone tablet ect. I love my s25 and have had no problems and the trade in program rocks! I love it!

Love my device. Shipped quickly and was in perfect shape. No issues. Love buying from backmarket! Be aware- the watch band is not the apple version, but a flimsier duplicate. Not a problem but something buyers should expect.

So far no problems. No issues with the screen, the battery charges and holds the charger for a reasonable time, and was able to insert and connect to Spectrum once they turned it on, on their side. It's for my Father, who is technically disinclined, so as long as the phone works, and the hearing aid app that he got it for, he should be happy. Or at least as happy as he can be with having a smart phone. ;o)

the phone came packaged really well. It was easy to get it set up and all the apps needed inatalled. The only issue I've had is for some reason I cannot get the Bluetooth to work. When I turn it on it just spins and never turns on.

Backmarket has exceeded my expectations by far. I am an extremely happy customer who will be returning for more of my electronic needs. I also will be referring people. Amazing company with great product for an awesome price.

The xBox itself was in great condition and is working perfectly. I will say that the controller that came with was used and was not in great condition, and the left stick of the controller has a good bit of forward drift even when not being engaged.

I had to go to this seller because the other one failed me. This seller did an amazing job. I got my iPad that was a great quality for fair condition. No visible scratches or issues. It’s amazing and I’m so grateful.
