It was a gift and phone came in great condition. I bought it in excellent just to ensure it looks new and back market did not disappoint. I got all the original accessories in the box and its been now one year and it is still going strong.

I can hardly tell that the keyboard is refurbished. Arrived fast and looks close to brand new, you guys provide an excellent service.

I recently purchased a pair of Samsung Buds Pro from Back Market, and I must say that they were in excellent condition. I have not encountered any problems with them, and the sound quality is flawless it still works to this day.

I was hopeful when I placed the order and surprised when I received it! The quality was outstanding I'm still trying to figure out how I tell it isn't new and $90 more. On top of that it arrived early. I will be hard pressed to ever make myself take out a CC in a big box store again.

My watch can on perfect condition..I've had ot about a month with no issues. I love the fact that they give you a 1 year warranty and it was delivered earlier than expected...I will definitely be using Back Market again

The phone was in good working condition and just as described. Was very happy with the product and delivery was fast and without problems. I have purchased several phones from Backmarket without any problems and would recommend them hands down. Unfortunately with this last phone there were problems with Sprint not being able to connect it to their service. The phone itself was fine just not able to be connected so I wound up purchasing a different phone from Sprint/T-Mobile and returning this one to Backmarket. Return was easy and purchase price was refunded promptly back to my card.

Absolutely THRILLED !!!!!!!! 1-tenth the price of it when it was new !!!!! Came in a official Goggle Box w a new power cord !!!! Took all of 10 minutes to switch everything over. Been Telling everyone about Back Market!!! You can bet I will be buying more from them !!!!!! Randy A.

Shipping was quick and got it right on time. Product was packaged in the original packaging with a single piece of replacement tape for the original adhesive, perfect. All the ear tips were there and were clean, the ear buds themselves were all but flawless. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is that the earbuds had not been factory reset before they got to me, so I had to go through the very simple process of resetting them through the Sony Headphones app once I got them paired. They were also in another language, which is more funny than a big deal. Very happy with them as a refurb. The headphones themselves sound fantastic. The app is a little annoying but I've used far worse. The ANC is really good, but it's my first use of ANC so I can't compare. The 'ambient' noise mode is okay, it does it's job.

I love them they sound exactly like they did when I got them brand new. A great deal, awesome. Honestly, there are no complaints at all. Had all the ear prices plus a charger. Plus a one year warranty like you couldn't ask for a better deal than this.

Very happy with my purchase! The refurbished PO-33 was in excellent condition and arrived promptly. Price was great as well. Still learning how to get the most out of this little sampler/sequencer, but found a number of helpful videos online. Will definitely search Back Market for any future equipment purchases! Thanks!
