This is a GREAT machine. The one I received what in mint condition. Not a mark on it anywhere. I usually purchase used computers, but this one looked like new. The packaging was top notch, original looking sealed box. It was fully charged upon arrival, so startup was a breeze. I found an old "showcase" on YouTube of HSN selling these machines a couple years ago. I learned a lot from watching some of that promotion. This machine is turning out to be much better than I had expected, for the application I had in mind. I had intend to use it as a "control" computer for a laser engraver I have. I want to use the engraver in my shop, so the Smartab STW1050 will make the prefect device. My wood shop isn't the cleanest of environments, so this machine, with no moving parts, is perfect for the shop. That said, after getting it, I KNOW I'll be using it for far more than a controller for my engraver. The upgrade to the current release of Windows 10 upgrade enabled the "swipe type" functionality, which is nice as that's what I'm used to using on android tablets and my phone. There was lots more stuff in the upgrade, too, but the "swipe type" was a biggy for me. It runs everything I've tried so far, including the software for the engraver. The portability is perfect as well. I like the "tablet" feature of reversing the keyboard and using it for a stand. It's great for watching Netflix as that would not run on my android tablet. Amazon Prime works great, too. I'm pretty sure this will be my "go to" tablet from now on. I was hoping for a nice computer to operate my engraver with, but this packs far more versatility than I expected. It's is a full blown Windows 10 computer. I can stuff a big SD card in it and have plenty of space for stuff. The keyboard, with actual keys, is great to have should I need it. Probably won't need it much, but there are times (like now) when you need a keyboard. With the touch screen there's no need for a mouse, other than the built-in mouse pad. This was a great purchase for me and Back Market did a great job getting that to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Phone looks to be in excellent condition (better than the Good it was sold as), holds charge well, and after a few weeks use seems to do everything it is supposed to. Shipping was fast, it arrived a full day before it the original estimate.

Everything was great. On time delivery, and everyone could not believe that it was a refurbished item. P.S. Just before the end of the warranty I had a battery issue with the watch. Both Back Market and the refurbisher responded very promptly and I had a satisfactory resolution to the problem in just a couple days. Very happy with everyone and I will be a return customer.

they were delivered on time and were very clean. these were replacing an old broken pair and at first there was some technical difficulties but after a quick software update they were perfect!! great quality, great price, and great follow through service. not only were they great when they got here but the follow up from backmarket to make sure i was satisfied is unlike many sites and is refreshing to be treated as though i am i customer standing in a store.

Shipping was quick and got it right on time. Product was packaged in the original packaging with a single piece of replacement tape for the original adhesive, perfect. All the ear tips were there and were clean, the ear buds themselves were all but flawless. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is that the earbuds had not been factory reset before they got to me, so I had to go through the very simple process of resetting them through the Sony Headphones app once I got them paired. They were also in another language, which is more funny than a big deal. Very happy with them as a refurb. The headphones themselves sound fantastic. The app is a little annoying but I've used far worse. The ANC is really good, but it's my first use of ANC so I can't compare. The 'ambient' noise mode is okay, it does it's job.
