Shipping was extra prompt (I placed my order around 1 in the afternoon & by that evening my phone was already being shipped) I ended up getting my phone a day early which was on point since we ended up getting a good amount of snow & it got here just before all the snow started sticking to the roads👏👏👏 The phone it self is in impeccable physical condition🤯, so needless to say I am very pleased & impressed.

Hands-down, the best company to order your phones from recently. I just had an issue getting a phone from a different Company on this app they sent me such a terrible phone but tek talk Got it right little to no scratches and I got the fair option. Also, my battery health is at a 99. If you’re gonna buy a phone please order from tektalk

Ordered an iPhone 13 Mini. The phone was in excellent condition as stated on the site and it came with the included USB C-Lightning cable which looked new. (One disappointment: the phone's Battery Health shows only 88% of maximum capacity.) All items were securely packaged in a nice, sealed, custom, brown corrugated box. The shipment arrived a week late but that was due to USPS misrouting the package.

Phone came in exactly as described, used but nothing that can’t be cleaned off; There were only smudges and small debris (particularly around the cameras) that came off with alcohol wipes. After cleaning, the phone was very close to new aside from the battery being at 85% capacity. My only complaints are the cleanliness and the battery health, but those are normal for refurbishings. All in all the order lives up to the reviews I’ve seen from online, satisfied and would recommend.

The phone as far as usability is perfect. I got the excellent option which had 95% battery life, and is fast and smooth the body is not excellent condition though and has a lot more scratches then the excellent option describes. I don’t really care though because it’s only cosmetic the screen is Perfect. Over all good.

Talktek is the best seller on back market by far this was my first purchase on here and talktek didnt disappoint me i got the iphone 12 pro in excellent condition and the phone is amazing ive had this phone about 4 days and it still works fine this phone is brand new actually its a new model so the screen is 100x100 original and not replaced the battery came at 96 and hasn’t gone down everything works fine the speakers are great i can hear just fine when on the phone or just in general i love this phone from talktek because I recently upgraded from iPhone 8 to the 12 pro so massive upgrade and im so grateful i could trust talktek

The vibe I got was very positive and sensed a strong desire to make sure everything went well with the ordering process. It did, and my new-to-me iPhone arrived very quickly. Everything appears to be working as it should.

Love the phone--impeccable condition. Had some trouble with the full set up: I got to the 3/4 of the way mark and had some issues. Took it to a local location of my carrier and they couldn't complete the set up either. I finally hit a "corporate" location of my carrier and they were swift to help. I was worried at first, but happy now.

I've made 4 purchases off back market now. The quality of the devices is very impressive and worth buying. The customer service will get back with you very quickly with any questions you may have. Back market normally ships out within 2 business days so shipping is quick and easy.

phone arrived in a decent amount of time, but I paid extra for a phone in excellent condition and this one has a lot of dings on the screen. Although cosmetic, it makes me wonder about the quality of the phone overall. if they'd like about something they can't hide, they'd surely lie about anything going on under the cover.
