love them work great never had this nice of head phones before

My first time on back market, so I had some reservations purchasing a used item. Received item in excellent packing, and on the surface looked new. Upon inspection the battery cycle count was only 15 which in fact demonstrated that it was virtually new. Couldn't be happier.

came in perfect condition! i did have to pair them to my phone and change the name, as i guess the previous owner’s name was still there. also the beats were at around 60% when i received them but went down excessively fast as i used them. they were at 30% within the next 15 minutes. after charging them the battery lasts soooo long.

I bought it as a gift for my daughter in the Philippines. I trust HP products and do not doubt HP's quality

honestly the headphones are great i feel these are the best beats out of all the noise cancellations is amazing and no other beats have that just not great transparency

Perfect state. A tad smaller than I had thought, but overall happy for its quality sound at this price range.

Received a completely different model than what I ordered. The description is for Logitech S-120 Bluetooth speakers. What I got was the USB S-150s that cost half as much as I paid for the refurbished item, brand new on Amazon. I am more than annoyed. Either this was intentional and the seller didn't think I would notice, or they made an honest mistake. Either way I got ripped off and don't really have the time to wait for a replacement. I wish I could give zero stars. Not happy, at all. P.S. this is the first and only issue I've had ordering from BackMarket. Usually everything exceeds my expectations.
