Today, more than ever, we all want to save money. That's not just in the paying less for what we buy, but also the desire to not have to prop up any purchase with the compromise of the product/service and the on-going ownership of that product or service. Frankly, I am amazed at the like-new quality of this phone in both performance and reliability. There is nothing visible to the eye or anything that through its use that even remotely says this is a refurbished phone. It works great and has proved itself to be a trusted asset in my handful of electronic tools that I rely on daily. The purchasing process was appropriately savvy for the smart buyer. That is not to say everyone will be able to go on the site and pick a phone (or whatever they are looking for) add it to the cart and do that secure purchasing business. To really appreciate what is being offered you need to know what you want and what is your limit in price (of course) and more importantly, in the condition of the equipment, you are purchasing. Not everyone needs or wants the best of the best, and then again, some of us do. Either way, it takes an intelligent buyer to really appreciate what is being offered. And I have to say, I feel very smart after purchasing the phone(s) I bought for over 50% off the regular prices. You want to save money - now in your initial purchase and through the time that you use your product? I can wholeheartedly endorse and reconnmend Back Mark for your every purchase and electronic gizmo you need and want. I believe you may be able to see yourself expanding your collection of these "toys" when you see the prices and quality on everything they make available.

I got a Google pixel 2XL to replace my LG Aristo2 a few months ago and it has been the best phone I've ever had-they're not even comparable. I got the 'very good' condition and is in amazing shape both esthetically and in working order. I was worried about this website being a scam, but was pleasantly surprised. Between the quick shipping and great prices, I'll be geting all of my future used/refurbished electronics here. I just ordered a chromebook and am very excited to get it next week. I received this as a gift to my mother in law because her phone wasn’t working. It works great, but for it being rated as excellent it came with a case because a couple pieces of the case were chipped. I did reach out to the ppl who refurbished it, they said it must have been a mistake and I can either return for a full refund or return it for a replacement phone. They tried to make it right but my mother in law knew it was coming and didn’t want to wait another week or so for another phone.

I bought the good quality Google pixel XL and the phone looks as if it's brand new. The only thing I could gripe about would be the charger that came with it was kinda wonky, but I don't think that is enough to lower the rating. Wanted a nice phone for cheap and that's what I got. Good job!

Bought this for $320 - tax and this phone works like the phone advertised on Apple. Literally NO scratches or anything cosmetic. Everything works great and comes undamaged from bubble wrap packaging. Battery did come at 86% capability but for the price of this phone, I am SO happy!
