    Holy cow this thing is amazing. Mine looks like it was probably one of those 1 year contract upgrade trade-in's. Zero signs of wear. I decided to treat myself and upgrade from Galaxy "A" Series and so I got this S24. It is an absolute beast of a workhorse. I multitask heavily on my phone, I don't even own a laptop and this thing is unstoppable. As promised it was AT&T Locked which is great because my video calling and other AT&T exclusive features are working. As an added bonus, my unit appears to be a mid-generation overclock model. When I ran my benchmark tests it scored almost as fast as a S25+. 10/10 absolute recommend and I will absolutely use BackMarket again. I am 100% satisfied.

    I got a device advertised as "fair", but had to really hunt to find so much as a scratch on it. Tech wise, I'd never had a Google pixel before. My last phone was a newer Samsung- and the Pixel 8 Pro beats it hand down. I'm curious about the newest generation of Pixel's, because this 8 Pro seems so advanced. It's in great shape, and I've already recommended Black Market to several people! Great market for used tech!

    The device itself arrived undamaged, however, when I went to AT&T to activate it, the employee was having a hard time. She looked up the serial number in their system and found that the phone hadn't been paid off by the original owner and is "technically" a stolen item. This phone should never have been sold. The reason I gave two stars is because the device itself arrived in excellent condition and the amazing folks with Back Market's customer support are sending me a replacement free of charge as long as I send the stolen phone back. I've never had a problem with Back Market before, and their customer support is stellar. I will continue to be a customer because of the reasons listed, but buyer beware of scams like this!
