    My old Pixel battery had decided not to hold a charge anymore and a new battery cost as much as a refurbished phone, so I took a chance on this one. It came fast, looks brand new and I no longer have to keepy phone plugged in just to function. I am happy with my purchase. It's only been a few weeks, but so far, so good Thank you!

    Even for a "fair" rated device it's hard to find any flaws. Works flawlessly and exceeds my expectations. As my time with it has gone on, I'm even more happy with it and my purchase through Back Market!! Amazing price, great communication, quick delivery (even using just the free shipping option). Back Market's app is super useful and user friendly too. The tips are timely and useful! Bottom line: 1.) I would (and have) recommend Back Market for your next tech purchase! 2.)     Easy to set up, everything is functional. One thing you will need that doesn't come with it is the pokey tool to open the SIM card part of the phone. I've kept mine from having previous Pixels but just an FYI. The Chrome browser does get stuck in landscape mode sometimes but when I close the app and open it again and it's fine. Not a huge deal.

    Everything was better than I expected as far as condition, I can't find anything wrong with it. The shipping was extremely fast and packaging was solid enough to make sure it got here safe.     There was a bit of a concern when the software update came through and I had to do it 4 times for it to work, but it finally completed successfully and everything else has been great since. Loving my phone, grateful to be able to get a new phone that's affordable and was exactly what I was searching for. Will definitely be looking to Back Market for future tech needs!
