Item came in great condition for it to be “fair “ in condition. Came with charging cable. No visible scratches or marks that affect operation of phone . Overall I’m satisfied and will be ordering again soon

It came in just a week, loving the phone so far, big upgrade from a Moto G 5G Play. Bought as fair but I can't even catch a single scratch in this thing. Battery life seems nice so far

Phone would not active. Said it needed an update when I tried to do update it sat for hours without finishing. Sending it back for a refund

Working out very well, only issue was with shipping, but they refunded the money in a timely fashion.

It had absolutely no issues out of the box and it even had no scratches! Though it did take a bit of time to arrive. Only by a few more days though.

Decent. Ordered the phone in good shape but came with a scratch on the screen. Probably wouldn’t return to purchase another from Back Market. Will still with Apple or Amazon going forward - have received better quality from these vendors.
