Arrived within a few days, nicely packaged and came with a couple of the basic accessories, even came fully charged so I could set it up right away. Got exactly what I bought, works great so far, felt like buying a brand new one. Will definitely be buying more tech from here in the future :)

Ok so I’m just gonna get this part out of the way, I was really nervous to order off of here because I’m really paranoid about websites that sell refurbished stuff cause you never know of it could come in broken. But oh my gosh I couldn’t recommend this website enough! I ordered a 64g unlocked iPhone 11 in excellent, and it’s practically new, there was only a little scratch on the bottom of the back but I really don’t care. The battery health is at 91% and can last me through school, watching movies, playing games, etc. which is a big upgrade from my last phone! 5 ⭐️!!

I was skeptical with getting this ipad in "Good" conditioning plus it being an older model, but I'm actually impressed. BackMarket continues to be consistent in their selling. Great product and worth the buy if you just want to get an older iPad to have.

Purchased the iPad Air 2019 (3rd Gen) and it is amazing. I bought it replace a older iPad Mini 4 that was finally a slow death. The Air is a great little piece of technology. Perfect size to slide into my laptop bag as well, and I can use it to take notes, surf the internet, and watch YouTube videos. I will definitely be coming back to Back Market for bargains like this one. I did not get any accessories for it, but maybe later I'll get an Apple Pen to make taking notes easier.

I've bought several phones and laptops from Back Market. All equipment has been great, lasts long time, works and looks great. I only had one phone that I received that was NOT unlocked like I ordered, but it was corrected quickly. They are pretty aggressive to remind you to return trade-ins, but I suspect that is done more to make sure you do not miss the return window. Back Market is my first go to supplier of refurbished equipment.

It could not have been easier to get such a high quality unlocked phone for my teenager. We're both happy with the experience and price point. I was able to transfer her Mint mobile account to the new phone so easily. Plan to get my son's first phone here, too.
