Amazing, I got mine with 100% battery health (excellent condition), and it works perfectly. I also got a charger as well with my order! Shipped and came in 2 days after that. Amazing service, phone, and was so easy to activate!

Purchased the iPad Air 2019 (3rd Gen) and it is amazing. I bought it replace a older iPad Mini 4 that was finally a slow death. The Air is a great little piece of technology. Perfect size to slide into my laptop bag as well, and I can use it to take notes, surf the internet, and watch YouTube videos. I will definitely be coming back to Back Market for bargains like this one. I did not get any accessories for it, but maybe later I'll get an Apple Pen to make taking notes easier.

Ok so I’m just gonna get this part out of the way, I was really nervous to order off of here because I’m really paranoid about websites that sell refurbished stuff cause you never know of it could come in broken. But oh my gosh I couldn’t recommend this website enough! I ordered a 64g unlocked iPhone 11 in excellent, and it’s practically new, there was only a little scratch on the bottom of the back but I really don’t care. The battery health is at 91% and can last me through school, watching movies, playing games, etc. which is a big upgrade from my last phone! 5 ⭐️!!

I've bought several phones and laptops from Back Market. All equipment has been great, lasts long time, works and looks great. I only had one phone that I received that was NOT unlocked like I ordered, but it was corrected quickly. They are pretty aggressive to remind you to return trade-ins, but I suspect that is done more to make sure you do not miss the return window. Back Market is my first go to supplier of refurbished equipment.

Overall im really happy with my experience. I was hoping to get a bit more for my phone but it’s super beat up so that’s expected. When I got my ‘new’ phone I decided to spring for the best condition option. There’s still a mark on the top of the phone that I wasn’t expecting but for refurbished it’s incredible. It’s definitely not brand new but I didn’t need that. So overall I got what I was looking for!

Love my new Galaxy S23 Ultra! Looks brand new and the setup was super easy. This is my second purchase from Back Market and I will not go anywhere else, quality product, communication is excellent and so easy to trade in old phone!

This is my 4th time I've bought a refurbished iphone from Back market. I've never had any problems other than one iphone didn't let my program it from the beginning. Had to return it back. This SE3 I just bought is great. Transferred everything from old iPhone and connectivity is instant. Battery was at 94%; wish it was a little higher or newer battery. I had an older SE2 to trade in and had no problem with that too. Remember to keep the box they send it with; use it for returns or trade ins.

Hubby dropped his phone in pool and left it too long so I found Backmarketb the Kyocera is exactly like the one he dropped. He loves it and it works perfect! It was in great condition and has no problem activating it!!! Thank you Backmarket!

Back Market is a gold mine! I absolutely love this business - wanted to get some "flagship-like" Google Pixels for me and my family, coming off a lifetime of $50 phones that just weren't cutting it - and omg, Back Market made it so EASY and AFFORDABLE to get exactly what I was looking for! This Google Pixel 6 is in phenomenal shape, like it's brand freakin new. Setting it up was a breeze and it responds like lightning, photo quality is awesome, and the whole experience of ordering from Back Market was so wonderful that I am never going back to anything else.
