This is the third iPhone 14 that I bought from you guys and I have to say that we are more than please with all of them, price, shipping and quality everything has been exceptional, it's the only website we'll always shop at for sure

I was nervous because I didn’t think buying a refurbished used phone was going to be worth it. This is a lot of money we are talking about. I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and sadly got the last color available for this price. It has 1000 GB of storage and some reviews talk about the battery life not being 100%. I got mine and that was the first thing I checked after looking at the exterior (the outside of the phone isn’t cracked, it’s perfect. There’s a little bit of dirt in the speakers but the phone is used what do I expect) anyways the battery life is at 100% thankfully. Everything works good, sometimes my phone is laggy but it might be because it carries so much storage and data. I’ve had it for a week, but I’m so happy with my purchase. I think I got very lucky. I got the excellent quality one and it was worth the extra money.

Honestly, I was pretty scared of getting scammed by the company that sent my phone, but so far, it's been great! the battery is at 100 and it did say something about the camera not working but once I restarted it twice like it told me to it worked! I would honestly by again from this website again. I got the iPhone 12 and like I said it's been working really great so far! I'm more than just happy but I chose the flawless screen and decent body, so it's got two noticeable dent and chip but other than that...it's perfect!!!! I would buy again 100% If I can update this review I will (if people ask about it after a week, month, or so) So far it's jus perfect!!!

So far so good. Only issue is I used battery stats to check battery life and it showed 1058 cycles and a capacity of 72 percent even though the battery health reading says 100 percent. Why the difference?

I bought the phone for my husband and so far he seems to be very happy with it. It was very easy to transfer all the data from his old phone to the new one at home but his old SIM card didn't fit in the new phone so I took it to my local Verizon store and they inserted a new card and completed the transfer to the new phone. Easy Peasy!

From navigating your site, shopping for just the right phone, placing and then tracking an order…it was surprisingly seamless. I got a phone for much less than my budget, that has all of the features I wanted, and It looks brand new. The conversion from android to iPhone including aol mail, cloud back ups, contacts, photos, etc went without a hitch. I only had to redownload some apps. Perfect transaction. Keep doing what you’re doing. I wish all businesses were as good as yours.

I’ve been shopping on Backmarket for 5 years and love it! I always recommend this website to everyone that’s looking for electronics! They are prompt in the responses and shipping! Their products are great! 10/10 all around!
