    I think this is the best website I have ever ordered anything from. Great deals and the same quality you get from the the ones who came out with the product. I got the JBL Partybox 110 in “Good” condition. The only thing wrong was two small white scratches on the black plastic which I simply colored in with a sharpie. Will definitely be buying again from this website!

    I love the color. I love how loud it is. I love how comfortable it is, my only issue that I have is that for some reason when playing music, it skips songs sometimes not like to another song, but it skips like a scratched broken record. I don’t know what that’s about or what’s the issue with that but other than that, I love my headphones

    It's in pretty good shape except that it was kind of dirty when I received it - there were crumbs on the keyboard and bits of stuff on the screen. The flat surfaces next to the mousepad were kind of oily. Finally - if it were me, and I used to do ecommerce for fragile stuff, I would pack it for shipment a bit more snugly with more bubblewrap and cardboard to protect it, it was pretty loose in the box.

    Back Market is ripping me off. The computer was sent with the a charger that does not power the computer, and the customer service to try and get me the correct charger has been a cruel joke. Clearly, this company feels it has total impunity to treat customers as it pleases. After over a week of customer support, I am now being told that the "seller" (as though this should be any concern of mine), does not have the correct charger and Back Market has given me two options: a $20 credit when the correct charger costs over $100 dollars!!! or return the unit for a full refund ... after wasting my time. The computer was for my daughter for her studies while traveling abroad and the whole thing has been a fiasco. They offer no telephone support and took their time despite my making clear in every email that this was a time sensitive matter. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY! It is a rip off.
