I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

Bought this refurbished MacBook Air for a low price and it feels like a steal. The MacBook looked brand new out of the box. So far it is functioning perfectly. This is better than any new computer in the same price range. This is my second purchase from backmarket. The first purchase was an iPhone 13 that is still going strong a year and a half later. I highly recommend this website for refurbished electronics especially apple products.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A05 from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The device arrived in great condition, looking clean and well-maintained. Despite being a refurbished phone, it feels just like new no noticeable scratches or defects. I have been lamenting not having a perfect iron for many years until now. I love my oliso M2Pro!! It heats well and glides over the fabric. I also appreciate that it is reconditioned, saving it from the landfill, and assuming it had issues prior to going to Back Market , those issues have been resolved by the technicians.

I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. Hi, I Bought the MacBook Air 2017 & Everything Went Great Paid For Overnight Because Im Impatient But Everything Went Smoothly I Ordered It In Good Condition And Honestly This Device Was A Steal It Literally Is Flawless Like Out Of The Box Brand New Flawless ...The Only Problem I Had Was After 3 Days The Laptop Stopped Charging With The Provided Charger So I Called Apple Support and Got The solution (it matters what wattage your charger is) seller sent a 60w charger and MBA 2017 takes 45w just decided to order one on amazon and everything is working smoothly again ....other than that little problem I would definitely recommend blackmarket for refurbished devices will be purchasing again in the future !

Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!
