    I ended up purchasing an Iphone 13 in excellent condition after purchasing an Iphone 12 through Backmarket in fair condition and being a little bit disappointed with the amount of scratches. I am very pleased with the Iphone 13 I have recieved. My coworker who just bought a brand new 13 from Verizon cant believe that the refurbished phone looks and functions just the same as his brand new one. Overall very pleased with backmarket products!

    I was sooo happy with my recent purchase of a iPhone 12 that was listed as ‘fair’ ( my selection). I am not a computer geek so I was really nervous. They kept in contact every step of the way! Two super tiny scratches on the back, which is covered by rubber protector. I would definitely order from them again in the future!

    I ordered an iPhone 13 in excellent condition from them and honestly the only complaint I had was that I wanted and payed for a midnight black color and was later told they only had white, blue and red. I was bummed but I still really wanted the iPhone so I went with white. Overall it was a great purchase, it came with a few scratches on the screen that were only noticeable if you looked at it close. Nothing big, honestly would totally recommend them. Commutation was great also.

    I bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max in fair condition and had small scratches but if you put on the screen protector it is not visible and the phone came in at 90% battery health, came in pretty clean and was delivered to my house on the exact date it was supposed to come in, which took about 5 days but could be different for other people. Came with a cable and a charging block, overall pretty happy with the phone. And it was also my first time buying a phone from the site and I would probably come back for future purchases. I’m currently typing the review on the iPhone 11 Pro Max and 2 weeks in and I have seen no problems so far.     Sorry I want to leave a review earlier but I am so excited and learning how to operate my new phone I have wanted an iPhone for a very long time as I know it is superior to the android phones.     Its in excellent condition! I was worried whether or not It would be broken or if the camera would even work or if it was even going to be real. But overall I am super satisfied, the only concern I would have would be that for some reason when I connect to bluetooth the phone shows up in chinese/japanese language I’m not sure why, but it doesn’t prevent it from connecting so it doesn’t really matter tbh. I would recommend anyone to buy on of these instead of paying full price your pretty much getting the same thing

    I love it! But I got a white one instead of the sierra blue., but I’m not having any issues.. it’s a beautiful phone and performs perfectly! I am very pleased.. I wish it was blue. But I don’t want to be without a phone for I am disabled and I need my phone.. but this is a quality product and the color doesn’t have anything to do with how it performs.. this phone performs like a new one!!!
