    Another great cell phone bought from these guys - my 3rd!! It came looking pretty good - better than I expected even receiving my other two phones in perfect shape. Delivery was fast - they bought my older phone which is great and I'm happy if it can be re-used by someone else. I've checked another site doing similar business and their prices were not as good and neither the options. BM is still my place to go. :)

    This iPad was as in good condition. It was perfect except for for two teeny tiny pin prick sized popped paint bubbles on the back. I had to really look for anything wrong with this unit and they were nearly invisible. Kudos everything was way beyond expectation.

After installing to tv, the item had to be updated by apple. the update makes it a bit more difficult to use than my original same model of Apple tv. That was not a BackMarket problem, but an Apple problem.I'm satisfied with my BackMarket experience.
