    The phone works perfectly fine there are minimal scratches although i chose fair condition. But the shipping however was a little difficult. I placed the order 3/6 and the expected delivery date was the 12th. I didn’t receive my package until the 15th witch was a little absurd to me. I’m very disappointed with the communication services however everything else was handled great.

    It’s awesome. I was a little upset when I gave it to my granddaughter for her 17th birthday and none of it went with each other. But, it wasn’t your fault. It was my older granddaughter that buy’s from you. She somehow thought she got all the right stuff. I had to go buy what she needed from Walmart. I bought her the 11” iPad that fit the magic keyboard and the pen. Plus the tablet I got from you was only 64gb. She needs more than that. So I got the 128gb. But it’s all ok. I kept the one I got from you for myself. So all is good. I love that your company takes these products and refurbishe them!! That’s awesome.

    I bought the blue iPhone XR for my wife, in excellent condition, with 128 Gig. It's quite fantastic! So, two weeks ago, I ordered the same model refurbished phone from Amazon. I ordered it in excellent condition. When it arrived, my wife was very disappointed. There was a bright spot on the screen and the bottom was all scratched up and . It was not in excellent condition as advertised. I returned it immediately. So then I looked around Google and found Back Market. I was a little apprehensive to place the order here, but I figured let's give it a shot. The phone here was only $5 more than the refurb from Amazon. My wife and I couldn't be happier!
