    The watch was good, but the Milanese loop's color was incorrect. I wanted a gold Milanese loop, but the color was titanium. Additionally, the loop was too small for my wrist. I've been a customer for 3-4 years, and this was disappointing.

    After 5 days including the weekend and about 7 techs between BM & Verizon and 7 HOURS on the phone mostly on hold because BM would only respond once a day when I answered one of their questions. After logging in 30 times and restarting, pairing, unpairing, deleting app, phone and watch. VZ uncovered the watch was STOLEN and blacklisted. But BM gave me a 5% discount on my next order and a refund is pending.

    Shipping was pretty quick. Watch is in absolute brand new condition. No scratches, band like new, and battery lasts as long as a brand new one from factory. Came with a Samsung charger too. You can compare it to one thats brand new never used and you would not know which is used, and which one is new.

    I bought this MacBook Pro M3 Pro listed as being in Excellent condition, but what I received looks much closer to something that should have been sold as “Fair.” It arrived with visible damage, which makes no sense considering I paid a significantly higher price specifically for the “Excellent” condition. To make things worse, it came with a generic charging cable wrapped in a rubber band, which honestly felt careless and pretty disappointing for a purchase like this. I paid a premium expecting the condition to match what was advertised, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
