    The watch was good, but the Milanese loop's color was incorrect. I wanted a gold Milanese loop, but the color was titanium. Additionally, the loop was too small for my wrist. I've been a customer for 3-4 years, and this was disappointing.

    Shipping was pretty quick. Watch is in absolute brand new condition. No scratches, band like new, and battery lasts as long as a brand new one from factory. Came with a Samsung charger too. You can compare it to one thats brand new never used and you would not know which is used, and which one is new.

    It seems to be working okay at the moment, but the screen has a 1/4" pock-mark/scratch right in the middle that is pretty annoying. Not what I expected with this listed as in 'Excellent Condition'. At this point, I'm not very confident that it will be a reliable machine given this first impression. Also, it arrived without the adapter as promised...only a cord. I reached out and Backmarket has arranged for the original seller to send it, but I'm leery at this point what they will actually send. Time will tell, I suppose.
