    After a few weeks of research I decided on the Galaxy S21 Ultra. My first S series phone. Got the top tier for a great price. Looks amazing. When I went to turn on my service the guy at the counter was blown away by the price and new condition of the phone. I film a lot of content and the camera is ridiculous. Overall I'll be getting all my phones from here.

    I've had my new phone for over a week now. It came in two days, was truly unlocked and in mint condition. I did have to call my network (straighttalk) to have them refresh the phone network settings on their side so it could work with the byop plan but it was really easy and didn't take long. I am so happy with this phone and will be shopping through back market for all my phones in the future. I have also recommended it to others. My bank did hold the purchase initially until I verified I had made it which worried me for a second but I had researched the site and can verify it is legit. This phone is great and the deal was phenominal.

    I had been on your site multiple times. When I finally decided to place my order, I put in the search s21 ultra 256, well some s21+ came up which I failed to notice. So when this plus showed up which I didn't notice until I was transferring everything, I was like damn! Thought about a return but decided I didn't want to go thru all the hassel. Replaced an s8 so the plus is a huge improvement. Happy with this phone, disappointed that I didn't catch my mistake. All else has been as advertised.

    The phone quality was excellent. The phone itself still had some of the protective plastic on it! Everything was perfect except the phone details indicated a spot for a micro SD card that this model does not have. To be honest reviews in other areas also mistakenly list this option. The phone itself though is perfect for my needs at this time.
