    The iMac keeps randomly freezing and shutting down on me. This happened when I first took it out of the box and started setting it up but I figured it was because I just received it and it needed time to start up. Since receiving the item, it seemed fine I would only spend 10 to 15 minutes on it with no issues. Yesterday was the first day. I actually sat down and tried to complete some work within a few hours. It started to randomly pause and restart after the third time I tried to look up some solutions, one of them was said the software probably needed to be updated so I updated it and the issue still continues. Now, I am trying to erase the data so I can send it back to either be repaired or refunded and the erase assistant isn’t available. When I try to reset the disk, the erase button is grayed out. This is a very frustrating situation.

    I received the item,at the first glance device doesn't look to much used,special I choose the excellent condition. Minor damages not visible or tray of use.Only on the keyboard button. But on software side I receiving the message that service recommended to replace the battery. I expected from excellent condition to have laptop without this error. I will test the device and see how it was.

    Very clean. Very nice. Looks new but iMac won’t update. Stuck on Mojave. Anytime I try to update it says files corrupt. I’ve tried updated to the newest oS and tried updated one step at a time. It won’t do either. My only options are send back for replacement or send back for refund. Either way I’m out of a computer for a while. We use it for our point of sale. I can’t be without one. Now I will have to buy a new one and hope that it is here in time I can still return this one. Very bad experience. I wish I would have just purchased new from the start.

    I got this iPad in excellent condition, I needed it for school because I had recently broken my laptop. I would say that this company has delivered! I am very pleased with my purchase. The iPad works very well, I have had no complaints thus far. I believe that the iPad is big enough to do a lot of work on because I didn’t want it to be too big to carry day to day but not too small to a point where I couldn’t really see what I was doing. But I think that it is the prefect size. I didn’t come with any scratches or defects, so I would say that they definitely give me what I asked and paid for so I am very satisfied with my purchase. If anyone is hesitant to buy, I would say don’t be. The iPad itself is great and the company is 1000% legit. They give you exactly what you order. BTW it also comes with a charger, for some reason I didn’t think it did. I hope this helps!
