Amazing quality and very good service. Everything you could hope for buying refurbished. This is the second purchase I have made and recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Truly Happy. This was my second purchase with Back Market. Both devices I bought in 'Fair' condition and it was only a few minor, tiny scratches that I likely would've caused anyway lol. Besides that, it looked brand new! What a steal! I'm now ordering a second one for my partner! Love!

I bought this iPad as part of the suggested bundle deal with the pencil. The iPad came fast and I’m still waiting on the pencil which I will be have to return as soon as I get it. The 2nd generation pencil that is suggested is NOT compatible with the 2019 iPad Air 3rd generation. You need the 1st generation pencil. DO NOT BUY THE BUNDLE FOR THIS IPAD UNLESS THEY CHANGE IT TO THE 1st GENERATION PENCIL!!!!!!! Now I’ve wasted time and money.
