Refurbished iPad mini 5 (2019)

I ordered an "Unlocked" iPad, mistakenly believing that "Unlocked" meant it included cellular and GPS capabilities. When I realized the "Unlocked" iPad did not have these features, I sought assistance from Backmarket to exchange it for a model with cellular capabilities, but I was unable to find a resolution. Despite sending several emails requesting help with exchanging and ordering a cellular iPad, I only received a response listing various iPad years and generations. On the positive side, returning the "Unlocked" iPad was an easy, straightforward process with free return shipping.

Shipping was very fast. We bought the "good" condition iPad mini and it arrived in pretty good condition. The only issue is that the back camera does not work, even afterupdatingthe IOS. This isn't a major problem for us since this tablet will be for a toddler, but I imagine this could be a turn-off for someone else.

Condition seemed like new. Way better than I thought it would be. I'm glad Back Market has such strict condition policies because everything I have purchased has appeared like new regardless of which condition I've selected.

Arrived in a bit different condition than expected, I informed my BackMarket Peeps, BaddaBoom-BaddaBing…I Am A HAPPY CUSTOMER ONCE AGAIN. Customer support is BEYOND SUPPORTive here. These guys MADE IT RIGHT without dickering. They just MADE IT RIGHT. Where else can ya find service like this?? Cannot wait to utilize this fab gizmo!

Looked brand new bought the ipad mini for my son and didnt want to pay for a brand new one or the extra cost of used from apple so took a chance here and i am very pleased. Not a scratch or dent came quickly great charger matter of fact his sister and i rather use his charger than ours. Ipad was packaged very well and again in excellent condition. I will defi be buying more products from Back Market. I took a video pero wont let me post. Any way very happy customers.

BackMarket is good, but this particular refurbisher is not. First, I placed my order, and it sat in their warehouse for 3 days without being shipped out, I had to contact customer service, they contacted the seller, then they shipped it. Now, I just received it, and they sent me the wrong color, I ordered a Rose Gold IPad mini in excellent condition, I was sent one in silver. Do yourself a favor, avoid this particular company if they are the refurbisher, go with someone else, they clearly have their heads up you know where. The accessories, like the charger and cord that was sent was some cheap 3rd party product, it was not apple. This is the 2nd iPad mini I bought and the first one came with a real apple chargers and cable. I have a working iPad so it is what it is, but all in all, I am disappointed in this experience

Everything with the order was as promised, and product arrived and performs like brand new ! iPad mini 5 2019 model ! Very happy customer!
